Gemini
Doesn't usually bother them as they've chosen some awful mis-matches in the past when any fan could predict the score and know beforehand a disaster was looming, Perhaps they're learning at last. I'm just cheesed off there is a match that Monday whether it's against Leicester or Poole because I'll have to miss it.
SteveLyric2
Poole Speedway have announced that they are now against Coventry Bees at Brandon on 1st June. Any ideas when the new Leicester date is or why it's been changed as this was meant to be the televised fixture? Poole on Sky Sports twice that week then - you lucky people. Haza
If I was a Lions fan I'd be wanting to no what's going on with the club why can't Liecester hold on to riders ? Danish riders they seem to have a big problem with for some reason - or was Pedersen and Michelsen on short term deals ? last season it was Mads and Hougarrd is Bridger really the answer ? Maybe Saturday night's are a factor as Poland would be a priority for most riders. Just a thought..
Haza
Maybe Saturday night's are a factor as Poland would be a priority for most riders. Just a thought.. you could well have a very good point but Doyle and Walasek don't seem to have a problem with Saturday's though Wakasek hasn't returned yet to the side . So if that is the problem Lions have little choice but to change race night if they want to keep there side together .
FootieandSpeedway
Maybe Saturday night's are a factor as Poland would be a priority for most riders. Just a thought.. Both riders rode for Eastbourne last season on a Saturday without the Polish issue. Think they only missed the odd meeting due to FIM meetings. flagrag
Part of the reason why the Coventry vs Leicester match has been dropped from the Sky schedule is to allow the Lions to race with the new replacement in the team which will make them a stronger and more attractive side. Look out for the live Sky match from Leicester being announced soon just awaiting confirmation of rider availability and also looks like to Lions will be on in Aug away from home

SCB
We just need Merlin now to magic up a couple of bikes for Lewis! It's already been posted, he had Olly Allens bikes. Personally I wish Lewis luck. I know he's not well liked but he is, IMO, one of the most talented British riders at present and it would be great for him to settle down and make a go of it. Stop the pulling wheelies and being billy big wheels and just score points.
Bagpuss
Certainly one of the most naturally talented riders we have, has however struggled to be sensible off track and and to transfer his ability into smooth laps and points on it. Would love to see him final fulfill his potential.
foreverblue
I think you will find Bridger has already reached his potential, his average may go up but that is because he will ride in easier races Edited May 19, 2015 by foreverblue
SCB
I think you will find Bridger has already reached his potential, his average may go up but is because he will ride in easier races Easier? He rode part of last season as a second string, if he drops to second string this year he's not going to have time to get his average back up as a second string due to starting later
weatherwatcher
It has hard to say what goes on inside a persons mind. Lots of people have tried to find out but the answer still lies with the person in question. I would love to see Lewis do well this time around and I hope that now he has been given another slice of the pie so to speak, that he has got his house in order and that he can managed to finish the rest of the season and do the Lions proud. There is still that chance though, that something goes wrong upstairs again and he fails to bring the goods. Wish him all the best because he is a rider with great talent, that has been wrecked over the years with all his life's troubles and woes. Looking forward to see how he goes at BP. Only taking a guess at the other rider being someone we least expect, I am guessing at a Russian.
mdmc82
I don't think Bridger is the answer for turning this team in to a top 4 challenging team. He always seemed to have more poor meetings than good. A lot will depend on the final signing as to if Leicester look likely to move from the bottom of the table.
