mdmc82
Gutted for Josh was looking forward to seeing him ride at the Abbey on Thursday,he has started the season ok at EL level also Lambert has surprised me those two have been the two pluses for the lions.I hope Josh could get back for the British Final on June 15,a big ask also i wish that meeting was not at Wolves. The track does not help develop riders when they have to go and conquer the big European circuits. I agree about Wolves Track. Leicester could use Kerr, Newman or Blackbird against Swindon on Thursday.

I would prefer Auty over those three all day long but they will cover ok.
weatherwatcher
What a blow losing autry, the Lions are having a real bad time of thing just now. Surley it can only get better. Not sure if he would qualify but young Max Clegg is going like a rocket for Cradley as captain this season and he certainly put things together the last few meetings at BP, they could do worse. Any news on a new signing yet, as usual, things are very quite on the Lions website.

mdmc82
Any news on new signing ? keep checking website but nothing ?Says in time for the Swindon meeting this week. Lots of rumours that Bridger is coming in to the side. Any news on if Mikkel has been let go or is it just Pedersen being replaced? arnieg
Although he is entertaining and enjoyable to watch, I am not a huge fan of Bridger. My reservations about him signing for Leicester boil down to: can he be guaranteed to be available all season?

Yes Bridger has got talent but the wrong attitude and lack of commitment to do anything with it. Hasn't really changed a lot since rode for us in 2010. Maybe if Leicester can buy him all his equipment & engines, he can race and prove me wrong. Edited May 17, 2015 by mdmc82

Yep i do agree with you, ther is something missing with him. If only he or someone could sort him out head wise, he is still young enough to progress. Strange thing is, he had such a good year in Poland & for Lakeside!

SteveLyric2
Will be interesting to see how Bridger & Norrie Allen get on as the season progresses Ha ha - that thought's made me smile!! Also don't forget Leicester need a replacement for Walasek on the 25th as he's in the same GP qualifier as Bomber! So that's Walasek, Pedersen, Auty (and possibly Michelsen?) that will need covering on a day when there are loads of other meetings!! Maybe they should call this meeting off unless they can find adequate cover.Afterall they don't want to be seen as robbing the paying public if they cant put out a decent team

Couldn't agree more - I was looking forward to it going ahead with Leicester tracking at least 2 Poole assets, but we can't have everything in life!! flagrag
As we all know things change very quickly in Speedway the last I heard was that Leicester were looking at making two changes one that is expected and one that will be a surprise. I was also told that one of the signings was subject to a work permit application so if correct would suggest a rider of good quality although this may delay his arrival slightly
