BWitcher
An Under 21 Polish rider and a Saturday night track is a recipe for disaster. It will almost certainly be spot the meeting he rides in. Wolfie Precisely my thoughts upon seeing this signing.
SCB
He's not under 21 any more. Also, signing him now means fixtures can be worked out. TBF, you can hardly blame Leicester for trying to sign an EL asset or two of their own. What better way than a ready made Pole rather than trying someone more obscure and risky. Must admit i assumed he was U21 too but he is 22 next season so SCB is right. Fair play to the Lions for trying to gain assets. However a Pole on a Saturday track is going to have issues (from the Polish Feds IMHO)
Gemini
My god I must be getting old. On the photo I saw he looks about 12.
Studland Bee
An excellent signing for Leicester in my opinion, a talented young rider who should go well in the Elite League, I wish Coventry would have moved for him, well done David Hemsley. I agree there could be travel issues, but hopefully he will be more reliable than the Pawlicki brothers. Przemyslaw Pawlicki was a revelation when he arrived at Coventry and we all know what happened with his contribution in the play off final of 2010, it was frustrating occasionally though when he missed meetings. I hope Szymon does well for Leicester and brings excitement for the fans with his racing.

barrow boy
What average is he coming in on ? I understand that it may be 5 but how is his introduction to the BEL any different to Milik who was allowed in on a
SCB
I understand that it may be 5 but how is his introduction to the BEL any different to Milik who was allowed in on a 4 Milik is not relevant. The game has changed. Last season comparable riders were on a 4, this season they're on a 6 due to the second string heats lifting all riders averages. Anyway, Milik had no professional league experience, hence the 4. If he comes in on anything under 6 then the way to build your team is to signed two 4 or 5 point foreignors and go mad with heatleaders while keeping someone like Mads K on his sub 6 point average on stand by to replace the fake 4-5 point assessed riders. It'll be a farce and cause chaos as we flood the league with new assessed foreigners.

I am sure if he had signed for Poole or Wolves he would probably be on a 5 or even a 4, as for Leicester I think they will be lucky if it's 5 but it wouldn't surprise me if it's 6. SCB
What happened? I'm not familiar with this incident Pawlicki signed on a 4 in 2010 and didnt ride enough meetings for an average. The BSPA tried to bring in a rule for 2011 that meant his average would go up to 6. Then Coventry having signed Larsen when all riders moved up on half their PL averages saw his average increase too, thats when it all kicked off and we had the Coventry/Peterborough stand off. Chrall
Norrie Allen's zero tolerance attitude to riders not turning up seems to me to indicate that he has every confidence in Szymon making the meetings. I also think he'll not take any rubbish from the Polish fed.He did point out to me, when comparing him to Mads that Buzz made all his meetings apart from when injured. barrow boy
Anyway, Milik had no professional league experience, hence the 4. Maybe not but he was still good enough to qualify for The GP Challenge which makes him international class in my book

proud panther
DH takes a lot of stick on here, but I think he should get some credit for signing an exciting rider that could be a very good asset.
