Catch Me If You Can
If Matty aint fit to ride Berwick need to get onto Pepe Franc to guest if he is available . heard they were trying to get Kevin Wolbert Imagine Franc average too high and would not think that Wolbert in country as Tigers not racing. Looking at averages two guys stand out who have done well at Berwick this year, Boxall and Simota, Sam the man has been good for Plymouth of late. crescent girl
Simota for me, he was a willing stand-by when there were doubts about Matty returning from his big crash, and Czechs are always good value at Berwick. screm
Cloudy start but there are signs of things brightening up which is the forecast, obviously now we are in the play-offs a 3pt home win is a must. Hopefully Snedden will be over his illness and back in the Monarchs team, if he isn't the Edinburgh promotion will need a better guest than Max Clegg, who they used last night, if they are to get anything from Shielfield tonight. Simots scored 9+2 for Plymouth at Berwick in May, that was from seven rides. I agree Franc in a reserve position would've been a good choice, hopefully Simota will do the job tonight. TBH When you book guests it is always a bit of gamble. Josef Franc can do it at Berwick but he has not been at his best of late I think? Simota is going ok and scored paid 11 at Berwick. Checked updates and had two paid wins. Damned if you do etc!

In that same meeting Franc scored seven from four including two race wins, I`m sure the promotion will have done their homework to get the best possible guest, as in the reserve position our guest will have to score good points which I`m sure Wethers would've done. Bandit59
Wethers a doubt for tomorrow very ill tonight hence why he didn't take any extra rides. If he was ill why ride ?
TheScotsman
Maybe the only available alternative was a NL rider similar to Max Clegg who stood in for the unwell Derek Sneddon at very short notice.

Boobs
Just realised that, with the regular season now over, season ticket is over too. Season tickets were for regular PL and Cup matches only. This was announced by the club on Facebook. But being in the play-offs is a great bonus, and well worth the money! abyassinian bandit
Splitting hairs, but it's only £2.50 a programme, and if you buy a season ticket, the programme is in with itdid edinburgh not use to give you a discount off the programme if you showed your car park ticket
