LagutaRacingFan
This fixture should be a Panthers win although I wouldn't write Glasgow off Make no mistake about it, the Panthers require three points tomorrow to stand a chance of making the PO's and throw in another home win against Rye House then you're looking at a total of 39 points with a match to ride at Plymouth. Newcastle wont' go past their current total of 36 points as they have to ride at Edinburgh so It's between Workington and the Panthers for the last PO spot with the Comets being the firm favorites as they have 33 points from 21 fixtures. Workington Comets: 33 from 21 matches with trips to Peterborough, Berwick and Somerset and two home matches vs Sheffield Peterborough Panthers: 30 from 24 matches with Workington and Rye House at home with a trip to Plymouth

TheScotsman
Should be another decent evening though Glasgow look a touch light with Pavlova still at #1. 6 points are critical for Panthers but I don't see them getting the full house. Weather looks fine for the evening but maybe a bit chilly by curfew time!! Hope Dryml has fully recovered.
smod
Hope Dryml has fully recovered. He recovers for home meetings, but finds his back too sore for away trips. A little ridiculous that Panthers are allowed a facility when he decides not to travel.

Panthers89
Glasgow top 3 will score well, (not meaning Pavlova) and reserves could score a few aswell, will be a similar score to the Worky one, I reckon a 51-42 home win. Panthers89
And our reserves look as slow as he'll! Panthers snail race has quicker competitors, can't see heat advantages atm. And we need a 10 point swing, not looking good. Dildo has been a tryer atleast and mixing it up atleast. But look at the reserves score, that's where we've lost this. Reserves are always vital , your duff reserves is slightly more damaging than our duff number
Panthers89
He has been awful, pavlova probably one of the worst number 1's ever seen. Need 2 maximums now, way Ully and lasse riding great chance in 15, Adam and dildo though....Ummmm

Heat 14 vital now cause as you say , i cant see anything other than a 5-1 in

Panthers89
Dildo trying very hard again in 14 but obvious to see don't have the power. Roynon trying to hard after a shocking start. Need a win at Plymouth now that's if we can get a 5-1, and beat worky. Pavlova vs Dilger vs Barrett, I think id fancy a Panthers 5-1 which too me says all! Paulco
Ah well , the predictable 5-1 came to fruition . Still it's a point which keeps us clear of the battle for the wooden spoon .
Panthers89
Ully and Lasse different planet end of the meeting. Credit to Glasgow solid from 2-6, impressive, shame found form this late in the season, if can keep the nucleus of this side, will be very handy next season.

Your glass half full attitude is commendable dosen't take away from the fact that with a half decent No 1 we would have won that tonight he must go down as one off the worst signings we have ever made and that is saying something with some off the duffers we have signed over the years Soory forgot about Penfold second worst then.

Not a glass half full attitude at all . We can all see what cost us tonight , but with the signing deadline now past , there's no point dwelling on it and wondering what if . TheScotsman
I'd fancy Sneddon & Fox to clean up against these Panthers reserves even at the showground. Barrett was even worse than last week. Dilger tries and gates not too badly, he just gets outmuscled and his style is against him - hunched over the bars. Not confident they'll score much against Jacobs & Lambert but you never know.

Another point from Palovaara would have got us a draw however we can't blame the rider. It is frustrating that with even a 5 or 6 pointer riding at No1 we could have won this and have a much more robust team overall. Palovaara should get his average after Friday at the track that entertains like no other, and that will give us a team CMA around the 36 point mark!
