teaboy279
Benji got withdrawn from Poole team Friday at arena essex with broken finger so be interesting to see if he is fit to ride at number 1 or whether we get a guest in or just use RR
waco
Benji Compton moves to no.1 after some big scores against it has to be said weak -ish opposition and will find it harder here at one... Ben Morley and Simon Lambert have also upped their averages and Ben moves to no4 to partner good friend David Mason .Simon stays at no.5...Weather looks great for a competitive meeting against a league select side riding as Leicester... Looking for further improvement from the reserves today ..6-30 PM Start
waco
Decent meeting with plenty of passing ,While Kings finally scraped home from 39 all after 13 heats with two 5-1s from Ben Morley and Jason.Garrad heat 14 And Ben and Simon in heat 15 ,, winning 49-41.. i cant help thinking if Leicester had fielded their full side, the result may have been different Johnson,, Greenwood ,,Cockle in particular battled hard for points If you added Oliver Greenwood and Max Clegg they would have been very strong.. Now we wait to see if we qualify for the play off,s A point at Kings Lynn on wendnesday would confirm it,,Otherwise we have to wait and see if the fixtures at Plymouth are exspunged from the records this would go against us,,So hope that does not happen... cityrebel
I agree, a very good meeting tonight. One of the best I've seen at Central Park since the track opened. I was also impressed with the floodlights, suitable for any TV meetings that might happen in the future!

Wiseguy
I enjoyed the meeting last night, Some great racing, Danny Ayres was in great form, I'm not a regular but attend about once a month, My question to more regular Kent followers would be about Jason Garrad He was trying his hardest last night, and you can't ask for more, but long term was it worth replacing Luke Harris with Garrad? When I saw his little pirouette on the second bend with no one near him I had to ask if he is better than Harris, but it could be that I have just missed his better performances All the best for Wednesday night Edited September 9, 2014 by Wiseguy
waco
Replacing Harris with Garrad was a gamble that he would improve faster for this season,Has it paid off? well i recon both would finish the season on a simular average ..Harris is however a lot younger . in the end the decisions are down to Len Silver, and regardless of age both are rookies and open to considerable improvement.. Personally I am still angry at the way harris was treated he is the future! Not that it's jason ' s fault and I will support what ever 7 riders we have representing us.
