Most websites give his date of birth as 5 June 1992.

 

But he competed in both World and European under 21 championships this year.

 

So what is his correct date of birth?

 

I believe the rules are that as long as you're 21 at the start of the season you can participate in U21 events

No, it's U21 so as long as you are 20 at the start of the year. Cant see how that year can be correct?? 1992 makes you 22 this year, so you just cant take part in the U21's.

072.2.1 Eligibility

The limit for the minimum age (16 years) starts on the date of the rider's birthday

and the limit for the maximum age (21 years) finishes at the end of the year in

which they reach 21 years, pursuant to the FIM Medical Code.

Yes, hence the reason why we decided not to take up our option. Same with Sodenberg ?

Supposed to have been lined up fr Newcastle years ago when he first came on the scene.Ok rider,but hasn't really progressed since those days
