Kings Lynn V Lakeside Tues 16th Sept 7.30pm

Recommended Posts

Nilsson may be riding in the Swedish play off.

He is in Sweden.. He would be available on Lynns normal race night but by switching the meeting to a Tuesday they have deprived Lakeside of Nilsson who is very good around the NA, far better than any 5-pointer Lakeside can get to replace him. Not that Lakeside would be in the play-offs anyway but Lynn taking no chances of dropping any points to make sure they finish top and get first pick of opponents, even if it means switching race nights.

Probably riding on the Tuesday as the Young Stars are riding at home on the Wednesday.

22nd September a double header with Coventry being the first to ride against Belle Vue.

The night for Rob to convince Zagar to guest in the play-offs :t:

Isn't that after the stupid cut-off date?? I thought 19th was the dead-line. If so then Poole MUST lose at least one of their aways, otherwise Lynn will miss out on top spot and first pick. Of course assuming we get 3pts v. Lakeside and we DO get points at BV we'll end up winning the league but apparently that doesn't mean anything any more :angry::blink:

I'm quite sure Cov will beat Poole on Monday, Andersen and Harris will be too strong for the Pirates guests and the Bees reserves will easily cover Newman and whoever is Poole's other FTD.

Stars are gonna wrap it up on Tuesday night.

Are there Danish meetings Wednesday? Our normal race night seems to have been an issue all year hence the Thursday & Friday meetings.

No - Denmark is over, but...

The second semi-final in the Swedish play-offs could take out Schlein and Bjerre if Lynn were to ride on wednesday.

So we've gone another man down so this team will need us more than ever. This meeting is purely down to getting a result taking 3 points. Anything less could see us removed from top spot.

So can we do enough to get them over the line, I think we can!!!!! Airhorns £6 peeps, it ain't bank busting and we're at the business end now.

Back The Stars - LETS F***IN DO THIS!!!!!!!!!!

BREAKING NEWS: I've just struck a deal with the trackshop for the fans. The first 60 Airhorns sold will be £4. Yes you have read that correct, just £4.

First 60 sold £4 - £6 after they've gone

Refills £4

Lets make the Norfolk Arena rock folks, loud & proud

If they are not involved in Sweden on Tuesday and wouldn't mind a guest booking,i would go for Kildemand,Batchelor,Zagar,Janowski or Andersen.Surely one of those would take an extra meeting.

Kildemand would have been a good choice but he is riding in Prague

So its Nicholls in for Neils, website still has Bjerre down at 1 so hopefully a guest can be found rather than having to go with R/R. Even if the big boys aren't interested someone like North, Stead, Morris etc would be better than R/R for me.

I doubt Kenny will ride, he needs to focus and get fit for Lonigo on Sat for the SGP qualifier. A top 3 finish there will inspire him in the playoffs for us!

Steady as a guest is a good shout, always impressive around the NA in recent times.

Hopefully there will be a decent turnout and LOTS OF NOISE for the inaugural #KLStarsFansDay
