Rye House V Peterborough (premier League) 3rd September

Recommended Posts

I find it rather annoying that Lasse chose to ride for a poor wolves team that have nothing to ride for rather than a poor panthers team that have a very slim chance of making the play offs.shows where his loyalty lies..Blackie can't come back quick enough..he's even there hobbling round helping out in the pits with his broken leg..that's what we want..commitment.

Good to see Ales Dryml and Adam Roynon in the points though :t: Looks like they were the only ones at the races tonight! If it hadn't have been for them, the score line would've looked much worse for Peterborough!

Seems strange that Bjerre is a Peterborough contracted rider who must be on loan to Wolves and he rides for his loan team over his contracted one

Surely he should of rode for the team he's risen for all season over a team who he's joined as a mid season replacement just shows what a farce speedway is ,also if he's decided to ride for Wolves over Panthers then it's time to sack him

Not if you know the circumstances

Enjoyed the novelty of two home wins on the trot.

Much better from Jason Garrity. Looked quick and determined. Alex Edberg looked a different rider than the one we saw racing for Berwick. A decent guest at last.

Peterborough were generally poor. Adam Roynon has his moments, but Richard Hall was awful. Max Dilger was as expected, rubbish.

Looking forward to Redcar tomorrow.

Would the circumstances involve the title of a big hit by ABBA

Heard some stuff at the Peterborough v Berwick meeting last week from a very good source, but was told otherwise from a club insider. Tonight I heard basically the same. Edited by Shadders

Poor from Peterborough, good guest for Rye for a change, irrespective of his scores Garrity had his best meeting of the season, his attitude seemed bang on and good to see him lending Steve B his bike. PL becoming a farce, nearly as bad as the EL for missing riders, hope we can carry the spirit shown tonight onto saturday and give the Monarchs a tonking

Hi Shadders,

It was good to meet you tonight, as explained I have still been around these past years and as I said all credit to you for all your updates and comments that you make allowing me to keep well informed even when I cant make it to the track.

Good to meet you too.

Sorry I was a bit vague. Caught me on the hop a bit. I'm always wary when someone comes up to me and asks, "are you Shadders?" I'm never sure whether to thrust my hand out, or duck.
