mdmc82
Any from the below 15 Tom Perry 16 Ben Morley 17 James Sarjeant 20 Max Clegg 22 Darren Mallett 23 # Tim Webster 24 # Liam Carr 26 Lee Payne 27 Brendan Johnson 28 Ben Hopwood 29 Dan Greenwood 30 Luke Crang 31 # James Shanes 32 Matt Williamson 33 # Jack Kingston 34 # Marc Owen 35 # Connor Cole we had the same problem with Garrity. it's okay people saying you can get a guest but for most of the meetings Garrity was missing, we had to use a rider 16th or lower in the draft. Although it will be good of a rider to agree to guest for King's Lynn, Rose has been in top form lately esp at King's Lynn so won't be the same Edited August 26, 2014 by mdmc82

They have already fiddled it once.
Daniel Smith
Just check our results and both Darren Mallett & Simon Lambert have 1 guest fixture each left
Bagpuss
I wonder whether signing Lambert on a short term deal is a goer. If not Sarjeant looks the pick of those as a guest by far. Really feel for Rose, was riding superbly last week for us before his crash. Irreplaceable really

semion
Maybe we could get Benji Compton in as a guest If Lewis R is going to be missing for any period of time is Lambert lower than him on he list ?

Lambert is lower but he's only got 1 guest appearance left and I'd rather save that for the Play-Off's

Bagpuss
Perry has looked reasonable at Lynn this year so he might be worth a go. Just need whoever it is to beat Greaves each time they meet really, can't expect any more. Rose could potentially have beaten Worrall, Gustafsson and perhaps the two young Aussies the way he has been riding which makes it so disappointing that he can't ride. But the people I personally wouldn't mind us having a go with I've put in bold. Mallett I suppose might get a look in, but he looked down on power when he last came in at reserve for us. I think he'd be OK for us, if only he was a bit quicker, so I think equipment comes into play there. Give him a better engine and he could do alright. Out of the other three I've selected, Sarjeant is the better option I think.
Daniel Smith
Simon Lambert it is. Could be disastrous if we lose any of our reserves for the play-offs as this will be his last appearance as a guest and he is the only suitable replacement IMO

kelvinht
Lambert is a good call. Is there another rule that says limit only applies to league matches, not the play-offs ?

As I said earlier, there's no such thing as injury replacements in the Draft System. If we replace Rose, that's it we can't get him back. The cut off for team changes is also Thursday. If Rose is long term our only option is guests until the end of the season. The management will have to act fast.

Please don't discard Lewis Rose, he has come good for you especially latterly If KL did do such a deed, I think we all know that he would end up at Poole - under some other new dubious ruling.. g13webb
Looking forward to tonight's meeting. Swindon are no mugs, and like most teams go well at the Norfolk Arena. We need to give them the respect they deserve, and not take things as easy as we sometimes do. If our riders are on their game it should be ok. but anything less than 110% and we will struggle. The Robins look like play-off contenders and will be giving it their all. We have to raise the bar and put in a performance that other teams will be made aware of. Come Play-offs, we don't want them to think the Stars are easy pickings, especially at Saddlebow Road....
