mdmc82
I think R/R would have been a better choice than Kilmakorpi, especially in the home meeting. I agree. think with Cook, Stead and Mads who all ride Both tracks well, R/R would have been the most obvious choice. You never know JK may surprise us. he does ride Brandon well
Woz01
Kylmakorpi is usually good at Brandon to be honest. It's a big risk running R/R when having 2 meetings in one day.
Happy Hunter
Looks like the Lions are in for a couple of drubbings today. We will be well outscored at reserve and Nicolai only got one point from 4 rides at Workington last night - so he might not be fully recovered. Could see us using R/R for him tonight. arnieg
C'mon the Lions. JK is on a roll after last night's Eastbourne victory!!! Swiss or sausage??
mdmc82
Summers comes in as a head leader in place of the injured Barker. Â Looking at the bees lack of strength in 1-5 now that they have only 2 heat leaders and Hansen struggling, I would been more than happy with a point tonight. TheSmiler
Might have been better going with R/R tonight, not Summers.
Woz01
Might have been better going with R/R tonight, not Summers. Didn't some of us say the same for the Eastbourne away meeting? I would agree but with Hansen so out of form I think they've called this right. Edited August 31, 2014 by woz01

orion
Why is Newman not replacing Summers and Howarth or Hansen in there rides ? should be having 7 rides . Edited August 31, 2014 by orion
Sienna Ryan
always gonna be hard with only 2 heat leaders
Bees_Man
Another shambles by Hansen. Total waste of time.
mdmc82
If It is Hansen is struggling with injury then shouldn't he take time out?

MFE
Kenny Hansen says he loves riding for the Bees, but boy does he need to step up his game. To be honest he don't look too interested in his racing, he is all over the place with his racing lines, and so damn slow. Kick up the bum is needed big time, he is without doubt our weakest link at present.
MFE
Is the Coventry stadium on a water meter? Someone needs to unblock the jets on the water bowser to allow the water to actually fall onto the track. In 2014 it is unacceptable to watch racing through clouds of billowing dust. Really Coventry gets some flack for the state of the track but much of this is self inflicted damage. You could almost be forgiven for thinking that the promoters are deliberately driving the fans away, the crowd today was unbelievably low!
The Observer
Good home win for the Lions tonight, with all riders making the most out of the slik track conditions. Craig Cook excelled yet again at Beaumont Park.
kenny bee firefly
Why is Newman not replacing Summers and Howarth or Hansen in there rides ? should be having 7 rides . when they eventually gave him an extra ride in heat 11 he was on gate 4 with mads and cook in the race ! Poor management from havelock !
