thecoombdog
Swindon already very gate and go track, the rain has just made it 10 times worse. and Rosco and Batch have the cheek to moan about other tracks Been rubbishe for most of the season but clearly you havent seen the last 2 meetings since they sorted it out. No track would provide good racing after the downpour we had.

In fairness Rosco and his robins are first to moan when they have to race on a track thats too wet or dusty regardless of the weather that team have had Even the riders don't look like they are enjoying this

Rushing through with play offs in mind. Batch is a whining little sh*t at times. Agree with you there.
Sienna Ryan
This track reminds me a lot of the one that Coventry raced against Swindon on at the beginning of the year  I think with not many dates left, its a case of getting the meeting done as who know if it would have time to be rearranged at a later date with the cut off date so near.  It's a shame as think this could have been close  There are some riders really not looking up for it but do agree with posts of others about the concerns around Nathan. I know he's still very unexperienced and I'm all for teams nurturing their fast track riders but it does seem a lot of last places. Hopefully he will come good soon

Crazy robin
Away on holidays so what is really going on with Killer as even Scott Nicholls scored more for us when he was No 1?.
mdmc82
To be fair, after Coventry's away Mauling of Lakeside at the weekend, I didn't expect it to be as close as it has been. Â Only one who looks committed to pass and attack the track is Cook, and he's a guest Away on holidays so what is really going on with Killer as even Scott Nicholls scored more for us when he was No 1?. Think the track could have something to do with it tonight as he didn't like it when Bees visited start of the season and it was wet
Champion2010
On a plus for Lakeside their 2 remaining meetings are against a now Ward free Poole so not impossible to get points at home however unlikely with this team. Â Why did Lakeside sack one of their best riders in Bech. Watt & King are not a strong enough top 2 Â This Lakeside team are even making Batchelor look good and we know that doesn't happen very often when the track is wet Edited August 28, 2014 by Champion2010
thecoombdog
Deary me Howarth getting beat by NL riders. He really has gone backwards since he left Swindon.

He really has gone backwards since he left Swindon. haha think he just trying to stay safe, Think the 10 he scored in bees win against Swindon this month says otherwise. He's one of many riders who looked like they would rather not been there tonight

Champion2010
Deary me Howarth getting beat by NL riders. He really has gone backwards since he left Swindon. its easily done, same happened at Cov only couple of weeks ago  GARRITY 60.1 Howarth, North, Worrall,  SARJEANT 63.5 Worrall, Morris, Garrity
Mjolnir
Why did Lakeside sack one of their best riders in Bech. Watt & King are not a strong enough top 2 Jon Cook did have a moan about how often he has been missing, but it wasn't really a sacking ... with his latest injury he would have only been available for 1 of our remaining fixtures this season. With fans always complaining about guests, it made sense to sign Danny as he was likely to guest for us anyway.
Sienna Ryan
Hate to say it but I think after tonight it is now a 3 way battle for the play offs. Lakeside started the season well and stayed in top 2 for a long while but this side is not looking strong enough. Â After the events of today, I personally think (and its just my opinion) King's Lynn and Coventry look favourites for the title if they can keep the form we have seen this season

Know Ben is injured
van wolfswinkel
Another superb display from the 3 Aussies, poor Lakeside team recording only 2 heat wins. The Killer is way off the pace.
mdmc82
I agree. With Ward being banned today I think Coventry are favourites. Â Coventry just have all round strength for me. thats if we get in to the play offs. I love watching this years team but never seem to have a full team and with us going to Belle Vue having to use a NL rider instead of MJJ (against a flying cook lol) and then guests & maybe no Facility against King's lynn as well as 2 home & 1 away meeting still to rearrange, Its gonna be a big task

mdmc82
The final averages now out. Richard Lawson is now a head leader for Lakeside and Worrall drops to 5th on the draft for Swindon
