Champion2010
We wont make it anyway. Worrall out on Sat means no points. Its an absolute travesty that teams cant replace injured riders after the deadline. For KL and Cov to be using sub standard guests just turns the whole thing in to a joke. Mind you with the ridiculous FTD rule at start of the year and the amount of guests and non facility weakened teams we have seen this year it was always going to end in farce. Eastbourne to win it and they will only make the play offs due to 8 points being handed to them by weakened Cov and Swindon teams. I think Swindon should have enough within the rest of the team to still get the result they need mate. coming good at right time. Even as a Bees fan, I feel gutted for NKI and King's Lynn. been up there all year and now their best rider gets injured and they lose Rose. You would think that of all the times through the season, The play offs is when they would most want teams at strength. don't think teams should just be able to change to strengthen but if riders are proven injured then they should be able to replace them as its beyond their control Eastbourne Elite League champions..what a way to go out that will be for Uncle Bob!..and bet sky will just love having to transmit 2 meetings from arlington! oh don't mate lol. is bad enough with all these injures running the play offs, please don't throw in the track and Eastbourne to make it worse

Sienna Ryan
so after another week of racing with some interesting results and unfortunate injuries, the table looks like this: 1. King's Lynn (27) 61points 2. Poole (26) 55points 3. Eastbourne (25) 44points 4. Coventry (24) 44points 5. Swindon (28) 44points 6. Lakeside (29) 41points
SCB
Why do Swindon need points at Leciester? They should be aiming for 6 vs Wolves and Coventry so where do people think Eastbournes 4 away points are coming from? They've got to go to Wolves, Cov (x2) and BV. If they get anything at Coventry then Coventry are likely to drop points ot Poole an dLynn too thus meaning they won't make it. Coventry and Swindon are pretty nailed on despite the closeness of it all right now.
ruckerroo
Scb is right, also eastie have said yes to away matches when no top flight reserves are available to replace blackbird which is no help to them
lino wolf
Scb is right, also eastie have said yes to away matches when no top flight reserves are available to replace blackbird which is no help to them If you have newman at reserve against wolves with no woffinden and pawlicki you really should be winning that fixture !!

Wolves without Woffy and pawlicki and Belle vue with no reserves are sitting ducks Cov and Eastie might chop up the double headed with one win each what no doubt put both into the play offs ...Also away to Poole who might what to put Swindon into the play offs . mdmc82
Scb is right, also eastie have said yes to away matches when no top flight reserves are available to replace blackbird which is no help to them Have they? Eastbourne can use Newman or Wright away to a depleted Wolves team A lot of Swindon's hopes may depend on the Eastbourne away to Bees fixtures

Star Fever
so after another week of racing with some interesting results and unfortunate injuries, the table looks like this: 1. King's Lynn (27) 61points 2. Poole (26) 55points 3. Eastbourne (25) 44points 4. Coventry (24) 44points 5. Swindon (28) 44points 6. Lakeside (29) 41points And the more realistic top 6 looks like this (home pts lost v.away points gained) : worst possible best possible losing remaining homes winning remaining aways(+4pts) Lynn +16 (+13) (+32) Poole +13 ( +7 ) (+29) Coventry +11 ( -4) (+23) Swindon +2 ( -4) (+10) Eastbourne -1 ( -4) (+23) Lakeside -1 ( -4) ( +3 ) So just gaining 4 away points for Poole or 6 away points for Coventry will put them above Lynn if Lynn gain no more (obviously less if KL lose points at home, but they have 4 more away so would help if they gained some); Eastbourne & Lakeside must hope Swindon lose home points to overtake them for 4th spot, although winning away points (not their forte) will give them both a better chance, but Swindon also have chances of away points too so unlikely? Once again, this relies on completion of all outstanding fixtures.... Edited September 1, 2014 by Star Fever

As we have seen lately, any rider could get injured or there may not be many guests available either in main team or fast track. Alos with the weather the way its been who know-how many fixtures each team could complete. better to already have points on the board Edited September 1, 2014 by Champion2010

old don
I think its going to be very close on the run in to the play offs and here's how I see it ? If the sunshine's and the rain gods go away and everyone stays fit Coventry should get third and Swindon look good for fourth with only 4 to ride and strong points should be in the bag. However, if the rain gods get there way and Cov cant get there matches in I think Eastbourne might sneak into fourth but that would depend on them grabbing the odd point away, and to date they could not beat an egg away from Arlington? Got to fell sorry for Lakeside last three matches and its against the top, two cant see that one happening
