stevebrum
Too late now for changes I think the point being made is that Piotr could guest once his 28 day period is over, which of course makes the choice of guests much stronger. The point being made was that Wolves could replace Piotr with Proctor but POP was stating that It was too late to make changes.
Pirates Of Poole
From my understanding Tai will ride for Poole in the play offs if fit, although I have my doubts we will see him again this season as the hand is not recovering quickly. SCB
Too late now for changes Proctor could sign for Wolves as he was only replaced due to injury. If Wolves are pissed off enough with Piotr they don't want him guesting they could replace him with Ty. As their meetings will be complete it won't matter that he's not fit. Unless he is fit and 100% think you can kiss that idea goodbye. He wont risk anything till the GP`s are over.
A ORLOV
The meetings on monday between KL at home to Lakeside and Poole away at Leicester could decide who will end up in first place. If KL are top who are they likely to pick for the sf ? If Poole are top who are they likely to pick ? Kings Lynn Against Coventry have won twice on aggregate. Against Poole have won one and lost one on aggregate. Against Swindon have lost both meetings on aggregate Poole Against Coventry won the first on aggregate. Have lost at home 47 - 48 and still have to meet them away. Against Kings Lynn have won one and lost one Against Swindon won both on aggregate, but Poole were lucky Circumstances have changed since most of these meetings were run. Kings Lynn, Poole, and Coventry are needing guests to replace either injured riders or not available. Edited to remove Eastbourne. Bagpuss
I think Coventry would be the lesser of three evils for us, the other two sides ride Lynn too well for us to pick them should we finish top which I believe we will now. Whoever wins the probable Swindon v Poole semi will be champions IMO, assuming there are no injuries along the way. An injury for any of the senior reserves in the Play Offs would be catastrophic for that team.

Hope Kings lynn do pick Coventry as last 2 times we have faced you we have had NL riders as a heat leader or a 5 man weakened team. Hope King's Lynn finish top
Pirate Baz
Remind me of the cut off date again please. It's probably on here but I haven't time to go through 14 pages. Loaded question as I note that Lynn finish up at Belle Vue on 22nd, which was the date in the back of my mind, but the Bees ride their final match on 26th which I'm guessing is too late. All irrelevant anyway as the Stars are odds on to finish top and take first pick.

Sienna Ryan
So now that the play off teams are confirmed, Congratulations to King's Lynn, Poole, Coventry and Swindon. Should make a interesting Semi and final
stevebrum
Surely Kings Lynn wont select Swindon or Coventry as they are both the in form teams. Would be risky to select Poole because of there play off history as well! At least for a change any of the top 4 look capable of going all the way. But the Stars i reckon will select Poole. I just cant decide. All of the teams have pros and cons. I think one thing is certain though, after Monday nobody will want Swindon. I have a horrible feeling we'll get them....

Neither Poole nor the Stars would want either in the Semi`s.
Bagpuss
I don't think Lynn will choose Poole, Magic must have a ten point average round Lynn since he left for Dorset, Newman is the form reserve right now and Milik seems to love the place. Coventry will be bloody hard opponents but would be the preferable choice IMO.
dump that clutch
the thing is Kings Lynn have an equally good record at Poole this year, that is why i think it'll be Poole v KL...
SCB
the thing is Kings Lynn have an equally good record at Poole this year, that is why i think it'll be Poole v KL... Poole smashed Lynn at Lynn. Yet Lynn have had to quite narrow losses at Poole. Yet they have smashed Coventry at home twice but one of them times Coventry had two 3 pointers in the 1-5. Personally, If I was Lynn or Coventry, I'd leave Poole to take out Swindon. I think they're the team with the best chance of beating Swindon on aggregate. customhouseregular
I hate play-offs. In any sport, the team that finishes top of their league are league champions. How can it be justified that a team finishing 4th. in a league can end up being crowned Champions?.
