Shadders
You must be pleased Messer Harkness and Campbell are not frequent viewers of this site. They should be pleased I'm putting another £16 towards their huge wage bill.I can't stand liver & onions, but I ain't got the Meat Marketing board after me Edited August 21, 2014 by Shadders

abyassinian bandit
There is no reason at all why we should constantly go with the mind set that we are beat before we begin. Hopefully John has batted this into their heads and we forget about the KO Cup meeting. I shall yet again try my luck and go to Armadale in hope that I see my team pull off a decent performance. Miracles could happen one of these days I keep going year after year hoping to see a miricle

screm
Apparently Bert Harkins guesting for Berwick. Remember, you heard it here first! As with Tourettes, we don't like rumour on Berwick threads, and again you should know better. I expect your rumour will be confirmed via newsletter later tonight. If Harkins is guesting, are you saying there has been another call off, at this rate the meeting is falling into the hands of Edinburgh. DSC67
Having witnessed some of Berwicks previous performances at "The San Siro" of Scottish Speedway , Bert Harkins would probably still be able to out perform some of the current team

cyclone
Confirmed on Official Edinburgh website that Aaron Fox will return Would expect it might still take him some time to be 100% fit after being the innocent party of that terrible crash at Berwick. Weather forecast is good for tomorrow evening also. Edited August 21, 2014 by cyclone

Weather forecast is good for this evening also. Weather was glorious (for Armadale) last time I was there, surely I'm not gonna be treated to two meetings there in a row when it hasn't rained? According to the Met Office it's 40% chance of showers from 2pm-10pm Edited August 21, 2014 by Shadders

TheScotsman
Could be Bandits' best chance of glory tonight. Aaron has only just been cleared to ride and who knows what effect that horrendous crash might have on him. I also read that as of yesterday Deek was very doubtful to ride because of an allergic reaction to a wasp sting. He has today confirmed he will ride, but our reserve strength could be a bit suspect tonight. Need the other 5 to be on song.
screm
Latest from the Edinburgh Official site. Berwick Bandits will arrive at Armadale tonight determined to improve on recent form round the Scotwaste Arena and pick up at least one league point. The charge for the top spot in the league race and thus the first choice of play off opponent is very much a three horse race with Scotwaste Monarchs, the Bandits and Somerset desperate for very league point available. Form team Ipswich could join the leading group if the pull off a shock win at Somerset tonight. However, it is the Bandits who fancy their chances of top spot with some winnable away matches to come.Scotwaste Monarchs have had an illness worry all week over team captain Derek Sneddon. He was stung on the cheek by a wasp at the beginning of the week and suffered a severe allergic reaction that saw his face blow up like a balloon. Despite treatment at his local hospital Derek was very doubtful about his ability to ride yesterday morning. However, the swelling has now subsided a little and at Friday lunchtime Derek said, "My face is still far from pretty but a lot better than last night. I'm good to go." Good news indeed for the team.Scotwaste Monarchs resident mountaineer, Geoff Craythorne, will be at the stadium gates tonight to answer any questions about the Ben Nevis climb, now rescheduled for 20th September, and will be taking names of anyone who wishes to join one of the riders climbing teams
