van wolfswinkel
Will go same score as last time 50-40 to the Wiltshire side. The crowd noise will intimidate KL. Â GO ROBINS!!!
kelvinht
Not so much that we need these points, more to the point that we need to perform. To get back on to that huge pedestal we occupied at the start of the season, we now need to exert ourselves in the front of our play-off rivals. Although we beat Belle Vue away, we have lost 3 out of the last 4 matches away. We are more than capable of getting points here, but most of all we want a performance, fitting of the league champions, that we are trying to achieve. Anything less and we shall lose that momentum. Â Season has gone a bit flat for me - not helped by me having to miss a couple of meetings, and a bit of a disjointed few weeks fixture wise. Stars deffo need to ramp it up again as the 'orrible Pirates are looking good at the moment and could easily beat the Stars in the play-off which would be real bummer after we have dominated things this year

em1500uk
http://www.bbc.co.uk/weather/2636389 Â Looking at that latest forecast, I've decided to scrap the idea of going to Swindon. I'm not going all the way down to Wiltshire for a possible rain off. Hadn't looked at a local forecast until late last night and it looked slightly iffy then. It certainly looks a lot worse now. Â For any Stars fans that do dare to make the trip down, I hope you actually see 15 heats of speedway!

Doesn't seem to be too much wrong with it to be fair  http://www.yr.no/place/United_Kingdom/England/Swindon/hour_by_hour.html  but it's obviously a fair way to come. Should be a good meeting...think it'll be close...48-42 to the Robins

I'm just not prepared to drive for 4 and a half hours and also pay for overnight accommodation where there's a slight chance of seeing no racing! If it was more local, I might have taken a chance.
Bagpuss
Porsing still feeling the effects if his crash in Poland on Sunday, Sam Masters guests at 4 with Robert moved to 2. (bech scored big points in Denmark last evening) porsing is no doubt having a fitness test whilst practising at Slangerup

Bagpuss
I'm led to believe he's been dropped from the world cup team...Really? Any idea why and who had taken his place? Seems daft that he's been dropped after scoring ten in the latest U21 individual round. EDIT just seen that he is declared in the Danish squad in the FIM website..... A ORLOV
Heat wave in Swindon at the moment . No rain at all today, still sunny at 1.20 and the forecast I use says a bit of light rain at 2pm then ok from then onwards.
Shockster
I'm going for home win for Swindon, but can't see them getting all 3 points. Should be a good close match.

Really? The Met Office and BBC both had the same forecast this morning at 8am! Either way, I made the decision not to go and I'm sticking with it. If it goes ahead and it stays dry, oh well! I won't cry over it. Really? Any idea why and who had taken his place? Seems daft that he's been dropped after scoring ten in the latest U21 individual round.
