oldace
Didn't Darcy Ward play the part of Len Fairclough? Bet that went right over a few heads. Just when you thought it was safe to back in the water eh

customhouseregular
As of the 15th May 2015 there have been 8640 episodes of Cornonation Street so that means we need 3055 more Darcy Ward posts.  Nay, Nay and thrice Nay!.

oldace
The results obtained by Mr Ward in all the Competitions in which he participated subsequent to the positive test, from 17 August 2014 until 27 August 2014, are cancelled, with all resulting consequences, including forfeiture of any points and prizes. It may be old ground but it really does mean that Poole's League title is null and void. They fielded an ineligible rider and it altered the actual league positions. You can't simply upgrade Coventry because the semi final was flawed due to Poole picking Kings Lynn. The only possible outcome is to go back to the original league placings making Kings Lynn champions. All resulting consequences seems to cover it,
BWitcher
Also of note is that the CDI notified its full reasoned decision to the parties on 7 April 2015. Yet we've been told that poor Darcy has been waiting for it by the Poole lackeys! Which begs the question of course.. where's the statement he promised? He's had the reasoned decision for 6 weeks.
SCB
Every time the FIM have something to say it makes Ward look worse and worse. Luckily for Ward the FIM have said this is the end of it now.

Every time the FIM have something to say it makes Ward look worse and worse. Luckily for Ward the FIM have said this is the end of it now. Ah!!! But will it be the end of it on here? I somehow doubt it.
Wackie
Be interesting to see if the BSPA do adhere to the FIM ruling and remove Wards points whilst he was still riding after being found over the limit at the GP. Can bet your life if it went in Poole's favour and reduced his average Ford would be banging on the doors at Rugby insisting the points were removed and his average adjusted with immediate effect! Can bet your life if it went in Poole's favour and reduced his average Ford would be banging on the doors at Rugby insisting the points were removed and his average adjusted with immediate effect! By my reckoning, removing the points scored H & A v Leicester (20th & 23rd August) would leave Darcy on 9.10. I'm sure SCB will confirm or correct (If he hasn't already done so somewhere previously on this topic). ATB Dave

BWitcher
So where is the FIM statement that Ward was going to respond to?? Stuck in the same desk drawer in Geneva that the FIM investigation into Warsaw GP will go?! Over on the Poole 2015 thread, Skidder and some other gullible lackeys claim it's "Old News" that Ward was given the full reasoned decision on 7th April... Yet here was Skidder on 2nd May still taking pot shots at the FIM in defence of his beloved Darcy claiming he hadn't yet received it. So Skidder was either lying in his above post, or it isn't 'Old News' after all... and he was just another gullible Darcy lover.
