Nice to hear, i don't get to many compliments on here.. Nobodys debating that Darcy shouldn't get some form of punishment and he probably will the likelyhood being get a suspended sentance. Sha'l i write that bit again for those on here who are a little focally challenged ? but many on here just want to hang him out to dry. No pun intended.. not much more i can add to that, but know doubt it will get pulled to pieces. Oh and by the way, these are my first posts for several days, so its not as though im flooding the thread.. ;) Unlike some !!

This about the 50th time you have fictitiously claimed that 'many on here' want to hand him out to dry.

You are yet to provide ANY evidence of this. It can't be difficult if there are 'many'.

It's been noticeable how quiet you've been.. mainly because everything you said prior has been blown out of the water by Muddlo and his latest rants..

Its called sticking up for your club my little Goldfish... ;)

It's called embarrassing your club.

I see we have some new comments..I particularly like the comment from jacquesdothedishes, you buggers :lol::t:

Seems they have deleted the original, but someone replied to it, so its still there.. and jaquesdothedishes has replied :)

So I take it you are saying he should not be Banned. You are entitled to your view, I would only say in response to your 'suspended sentence' that had he ridden - he could have severely hurt or killed someone.

I honestly believe that a Ban is inevitable. If there is no Ban then there is no Justice.

Sorry - I know that you won't like that, but sadly, it is true.

You clearly don't read the Poole threads much, his posts are all biased!!

I have never been on the Poole Threads Jacques - I support Newcastle and other Northern Teams so there is no reason for me to visit it.

PS. I don't think I have been on the Coventry Threads either.

Mea culpa.

get a grip we aren't talking about wether Darcy should have a ban. We at discussing that the length of time the FIM are taking is normal. We are also talking about the fact that Middlo is just being a bit of a pillock as usual, yet funnily enough because you can't debate and think the FIM are a joke and the sun shines out if middlo's arse you decide not to comment. You keep banging the same 'hang him out to dry' crap that nobody in here had even mentioned with the possible exception of weatherwatcher. So no you haven't posted for a while because you can't debate, your biased, you make things up, and don't even discuss the topic

I find Ward's wording a little confusing, after the hearing Ward stated that there would be a verdict the following week. Yet in this weeks speedway star Ward asked how long it would be the guy in charge said he would take as long as he wanted. So why was Ward saying there would be a verdict the following week. Very Confusing!!

Because he is making things up in an attempt to make the FIM look bad and to distract from the fact that HE is the one responsible and the one in the wrong.

It doesn't take much to achieve that goal as we are hilariously seeing.

Middlo continuing his utter ineptness on Twitter, retweeting the following..

Neil Middleditch retweeted

Surely if Darcy Ward had murdered a member of the FIM he would have been sentenced, done his time and probabley be out on parole by now

It really is little wonder the sport is regarded as something of a joke by the mainstream media when you have a team manager consistently spouting utter, utter nonsense via social media.

When will the BSPA/SCB grow some balls and rein this guy in?

I guess we should just be thankful he didnt retweet the tweet comparing fim ubfavutably to ISIL!

He says in Speedway Star "Darcy's solicitor told me last week that in 27 years of studying Law and being in court everyday he has never known anything as ludicrous as the timescale on this case"

More utter rubbish from Muddlo . Any solicitor of any seniority would not be in court EVERY day for 27 years for the simple reason that they have a business to run and they have junior staff and barristers to cover most cases for them. Anyone with even the most elementary knowledge of these things knows that any form of judicial process is often subject to much longer timescales than this, as the FIM rules show. I wouldn't take a lot of persuading that that's someting else Muddlo made up.

Muddlo is becoming a laughing stock and a disgrace to the sport.

I certainly wouldn't hire either middlo s legal brief mate with 26 years experience nor darcy's lawyer with 27 year's experience. The middlo endorsement effect!

reckon darcy would have been bettee sticking with his legal team from his case a couple of years back.

Because he is making things up in an attempt to make the FIM look bad and to distract from the fact that HE is the one responsible and the one in the wrong.

It doesn't take much to achieve that goal as we are hilariously seeing.

seriously, who would want middlo doing their pr.

as soon as darcy has "clarified" on twitter the timeline, middlo comes out and totally contradicts it! Utter brilliance.

I jumped a red light in March 2010. It went to court in January 2011. 10 whole months, was closer to 11 in fact.

All that time with that possible conviction hanging over my head. It's amazing that I didn't top myself with all that pressure. I guess I could have pleaded guilty when I got the letter about 3 weeks after the offence and then waiting a month for a letter telling me of my punishment but I chose to prolong the whole thing.

Also, a Mr Darcy Ward was accused of sexual assault on August 17 2011 but didn't go to court until 10 May 2012. That was 9 months! Obviously Darcy is using a different solicitor this time :D

So you jumped a red light and furthermore you had the audacity to plead your innocence.

You could have killed someone and you call Darcy Ward.

'kin hypocritical I call that.

I suggest you look up the word hypocrite in a dictionary.

'a person who pretends to have virtues, moral or religious beliefs, principles, etc.,for that he or she does not actually possess'

'A person who engages in the same behaviors he condemns others'.

If the cap fits-

no it's not you fool. People on here like foreverblue , chris4gillian even skidder stick up for their club but they always see both sides and in some cases agree that their club had done wrong or personnel have. You have your head squarely up the rectum of Poole speedway and as pointed out to you by your own fans you are an embarrassment to them.

Right. Correct. So now explain how that's me?I have never been sent home from work drunk and suspended. I have never suggesting that the rules that I am being punished using are unfair or that the people whos rules they are are haters. I have never suggested that I will continue to break the rules but will just try harder to cover it up next time.

I'm not sure I have ever condemned anyone for jumping a red light. And do you know the outcome of the case where I was accused of jumping a red light?

I think you maybe conveniently forgot the word "hoped"
