Obviously discovering all his "names" don't have the same power at FIM level as they do at BSPA level. #SadTimes

I'd say his whole handling of this situation and his attitude towards it show how things usually get dealt with by BSPA and how a serious issue like the visas was handled originally by them

Despite Middlo's stupidity, we have to thank him for providing this seasons winter drama to keep us all entertained... or is it a black comedy?

TBF I said about 3 weeks ago I hope they take the full 45 days as Middlo and his band of merry men and women would provide us with a great deal of comedy. They've not let me down :D

ps. for those that are on twitter, they will have seen Darcy's tweet this morning that both he and his lawyer were/are aware of the 45 day rule but were informed differently at the hearing after advising of the UK visa issues!!

.

Who informed them? The tea lady!

I honestly cannot see anyone connected with the FIM even hinting at special treatment. Probably what was said was they would do it as fast as possible, which presumably is how they process all cases.

I wonder if Muddlo has fallen foul of the SCB's regulations surrounding conduct and social media.

4.1.6 Riders, Officials, Employers & Employees are required to conduct themselves in an orderly

and disciplined manner at all times. Proceedings or acts must not be committed that are

prejudicial to the interests of any part of the ACU, SCB, BSPA or of the sport of motorcycling

generally by way of any and all verbal or written communication in any format.

4.1.7 The use of foul, abusive or offensive language, profane activity or fraudulent comments by

any accessible medium, e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Blogs, Texts, Webshots, Instagrams, Public

Forums or any other Social Network sites etc., (this list is not exhaustive) is not permitted.

4.1.8 Ungentlemanly conduct and / or acts of a violent, threatening, racist or abusive nature to any

Official, Rider or any other person.

Couldn't see that the BSPA or the SCB would reprimand poor old Muddlo for it... not that he would even understand the legal goings on based on his present form.

He tweeted about 2 weeks ago that the SCB had been on to him as someone had complained to them about his tweets :D

But do they not realise this is Poole they are dealing with, the self proclaimed Man Utd of speedway

Middleditch has showed his real colours here though hasn't he, a whole bundle of people saw him as a clown and he has performed that act brilliantly, breaking the rules of his own governing body, factually being wrong over and over again, seemingly speaking for others in say 'everyone' wants Ward to be allowed to ride

I suspect his ridiculous antics have done nothing to help Ward's position in terms of whether speedway fans want to be allowed to ride. I reckon the best thing Ward can do is fine somewhere else to live and cut himself off from this bloke who is dragging him down

Certainly glad that Ward's memory is coming back though, fancy forgetting that there was a 45 day rule, wonder if he told his muddled mouthpiece ?

They all look like a bunch of idiots to be honest

What do I want, I want Ward to be punished properly and that means seeing out a 12 month ban for me, I would then think he should distance himself from those who are hampering him (both so called mates who seem to lead or at least stop him going astray) and get back to doing what he is good at because as it stands in terms of a wasted career, he is on the road to being the biggest waster in history

Have some compassion for the poor confused old soul.

Remember this is the same Neil Middleditch who was the GB International team manager, but had to let Phil Morris officially do the job because he'd forgotten to apply for an international team managers' licence.

I hope one of Middlo's names isn't "gustix". He gets annoyed at people using his name

if that's correct then that pretty much sums up the professionalism of the man

Makes you wonder how Poole have won the title SO MANY times during his tenure as manager. :)

Because Ford can afford the best riders i could manage that team to be league champions lets be honest a speedways manager job is easy you dont need to be brains of Britain as Middlo proves

They have won the league in spite of Middlo not because of him.

The man has proved many times on social media, his quotes on tv and as Team GB manager that he is a clown

Now you're being disrespectful to clowns, Gavan.

Anyway, talking of the "war of words" on social media, poor Darcy is currently taking a real hammering on the latest thread on the subject on Facebook's Speedway Friends page. The poor lad will be pleased when the 45 days are up I should think......

The infamous group where so many are banned from.

My ban was for suggesting it was foolish to say Nicki Pedersens attitude had 'held his career back'.

Will be glad when this whole drama is over with. Not to long to wait to here that Darcy has been banned for 2 years, Middo has been sacked as manager for shouting his big gob off, and all the I love Darcy fan club realise that the lad has done wrong and will get his just rewards. As said a few posts ago, I hope he sees sense and finds some real true friends who will put him on a level coars, because those that he associates with now are not doing him any favours.

So how many days have we left of the 45 because I have lost count.

The tweets and news aticles will go down in history as the worst in our history, how can they even think that he is being done wrong by having to wait.

If he comes back racing again after the ban and stays with the same bunch of friends and advisors, he will soon end up in trouble again and it will then be the end of him a great speedway racer, who has been lead astray and he will soon be forgoten only being remembered as the talant that could have been.

Maybe he forgot to apply for a team managers license and someone else has been doing the job for him ;):P
