Dudek's ban is from the PZM as it was a domestic meeting in Poland that he was tested at.

Their rules allow for this reduction of ban length under certain circumstances so he would be crazy not to apply for it.

I have no idea whether WADA have any input into PZM sentencing decisions.

Most federations world wide have links to wada. Not bothering to check at the moment, but I think PZM is actually the motorsport fed in PL, not just zuzel. So its BIG and most likely linked to WADA.

If Poole don't sign him, whether he picks up a further suspension/ban or not, he can't get a work visa for the UK?!

Not sure if the new regs for visa sponsorship require a full season's contract?! I would assume they do!

No one cares Skidder ..

Apart from a few desperate Poolies.. :t:

I never thought I would say this, but I am starting to feel a little bit (just a little bit) sorry for the fella.

Why?

You're falling precisely into the trap they want.... Ward knows full well the FIM have up to 45 days. He knows full well his lackeys will fawn over everyone of his 'woe is me tweets'.

Does this also include alochol positive tests.

I don't know, but I assume that it applies to all forbidden substances in general.

However the rules changed at January 1st so all offences committed before that would most likely not be affected by the new rules.

This is something that those who keep mentioned Danno forget. The rules/regulations were different back then to what thy were when Darcy was caught. Darcy will get an 18 month ban if guilty.

Maybe not your loss, but would be a big loss to spedway!

No it wouldn't. Darcy is a very skilled riders but as I wrote, there are plenty of other riders who also are very skilled and

very exciting to watch, so I doubt the sport itself would be affected.

Imo give him a 16 month ban from time of offence + no wild card for 2016 and 2017 GP-series.

If he wants in for 2017, he'll should have to qualify on his own rather being handed a place on a silver plate,

Eeeeeerrrrrrm!!!

I think that is what I said Twelve Months - with another Twelve Months suspended.

He misses the 2015 Season and comes back to the Tapes at the start of the 2016 Season. As long as he behaves himself within the next Twelve Months he can ride - if he transgresses during that time the suspended Twelve Months will come in to effect and he will be Banned for another Twelve Months. This ensures that he knows, without any doubt, that he must behave himself.

So - no - I am not advocating a Two Year Ban as you implied I said - I am trying to make the Sentence fit the Crime and ensure his good behaviour beyond the initial Ban period.

I can't see anything wrong with that - can you?

eeerrrrrrrm!

I said Ward should be allowed to ride in August 2015

You say March 2016 with another 12 months on top suspended.

so yes we have a huge difference of opinion

That would be his loss not ours, there are plenty of other riders to watch.

Like Tai, Emil, Vaculik, Prezedpelski, Janowski, MJJ, Pawlicki brothers, Jason Doyle, Chris Holder, Kim Nilsson,Oliver Berntzon...

So if Darcy gets a 2 year ban and decides to quit, speedway will manage just fine anyway.

But NOT in the UK.

and whatever pillock wrote about comparing it to isis needs sectioning!

im guessing all the comments are from girls or moronic poole fans like shovlar and starman who as usual goes missing on here

Either of those 2 options may have ramifications for his chances of being a GP rider in 2016. A ban until August or beyond and he is relying on being parachuted into the GP challenge or getting a nomination. Both options would be difficult to justify and I'm sure there will be plenty who would disagree if Ward is shown any favourable treatment.

Edit: this post is replying to Gavan and TWK suggestions of bans until August and March 2016 respectively.

Agree. Including ward if he thinks 2 weeks equals 45days. He needs to learn how to count instead of trying to get people to feel sorry for him.

Maybe they'll feel sorry for a him because he can't count

Nothing wrong with your list, but i only get to 5 GPs a year!
