If the FIM had found discrepancies in the way the test was taking or Wards lawyers had successfully argued his case then we would have found out by now, looks to me that Ward has a ban coming to him.

I did think about it, but I didn't want to get blocked..A few odd moments of restraint. You're missing all he fun now :D

Surely you should have the conviction of your argue no matter who your argument is with. Anyway getting blocked by Ward was worth it, I am currently working on Middleditch, I have replied to his posts today and await developments.

Don't know why Middlo's flabber is so gasted.

If he'd bothered to read the FIM Doping code he would have seen.....

8.2.1 The International Disciplinary Court (CDI) shall issue a written decision within 45 days from the date of the end of the hearing or from the date the case has been referred to the panel when the hearing has been waived in accordance with Article 7.10.2. The decision shall include the full reasons for the decision and for any period of Ineligibility imposed, including (if applicable) a justification for why the greatest potential Consequences were not imposed. The decision shall be written in English or in French.

But as he says in this weeks Speedway Star (albeit in a different context) "I really don't know the legal system"

oh so your a legal expert are you? Spoke with a brief 26 years experience he says its a joke. #whoneedsfacts #needafewbeers

Sorry? Not saying I'm a legal expert, but I can read the relevant passage out of the FIM Anti-doping code, which says notification of a decision will be in writing within 45 days.

Time scales for the James Stewart case:

Failed test on 12th April, was suspended on the 17th June (66 days after).

His hearing was 23rd October (128 days later)

Was notified of verdict on the 12th December (50 days after hearing)

So if Darcy Ward knows whats happening by next week it will be very quick!

I have to own up to being duped!! Had phone call from "Head Office" about 12am saying Ward had got off. Took it as gospel but now see that she and I were victims of a wind up.

Poor old Middlo. Getting more and more wound up.

Maybe the joke is keeping a team place open for an alleged piss head? and accused rapists? And a convicted police evading, drug taking, unlicensed bike rider.

I wish you would use a little more decorum I find your post disgraceful

Im beginning to love the rants from Middlo!

Pretty obvious he is clueless how it all works.

And Chris Holder has gone down in a lot of peoples estimations im sure.

To say you agree with testing but hope your mate gets off is pretty poor.
