Alan_Jones
Neil Middleditch @middlo57 1m1 minute ago No decision till next week !!! What the hell is going on! #fimareajoke The FIM are a joke it seems. Oh well, put the tumbril back in the garage for a week. Unless the FIM are just ramping up the amount of compo they want to pay... But as he says in this weeks Speedway Star (albeit in a different context) "I really don't know the legal system" Poor old Muddlo, always being misquoted. I think what he actually said was, "I really don't know how life works."

mike1944
This is just completely farcical, this should have all been sorted weeks, or even months, ago.
Grand Central
Hearing seems to be complete but no decisions until next week, This does seem to be fairly normal practice by the FIM. In the Bubba Stewart case last year his drug test was found positive in April, his CDI hearing was not until the end of October. But he was not notified of his long ban until December and the full press release with all the detail didn't come out of the FIM for another week. Darcy is getting quite speedy justice really. Gavan
Im beginning to love the rants from Middlo! Pretty obvious he is clueless how it all works. And Chris Holder has gone down in a lot of peoples estimations im sure. To say you agree with testing but hope your mate gets off is pretty poor. #wardtorace2016

I don't know the result of the hearing, but apparently there were 3 FIM members on the panel... ...There was an Englishman, an Irishman and a Scotsman...
Starman2006
Don't know why Middlo's flabber is so gasted. But as he says in this weeks Speedway Star (albeit in a different context) "I really don't know the legal system" So why make a statement. Im beginning to love the rants from Middlo! Pretty obvious he is clueless how it all works. Pretty sure yoiu don't either ..
pugwash
Ha ha, reminds me of CJ from "The Fall And Rise of Reginald Perrin". His famous quote - "One two three four, make them wait outside the door...five six seven eight, it always pays to make them wait" Poor, poor, Darcy...having to stew over his foolishness for a few days longer... I didn't get where I am today stewing over foolishness.
BWitcher
So why make a statement. Pretty sure yoiu don't either .. It's been quoted by Salty how it works. A decision is given in writing within 45 days of the end of the hearing. Simple.

BWitcher
I would suggest things don't look great for Darcy at this point. Had there been discrepancies or had his legal team been successful it would have been thrown out by now. Now, they will go away to decide upon his punishment.
