Elsewhere they recommend that a rider should take alcohol before an event Whether you label it "drunk " or not is irrelevant. The point is he chose to allow alcohol into his body. That puts into sharp perspective his excuse that he didn't hydrate properly. He shouldn't have had the stuff in his body in the first place. Bottom line is Darcy is a bit of an idiot and if you read Muddlo's inane ramblings in Speedway Star over the last few weeks he his not much more informed than Darcy. And that could, run into a real pretty penny. As I said before he has no right to lodge a claim and even if he did he would be stupid too. Then again he has proved himself this one more than one occasion. What if he lines up in April??! He put a picture up on twitter of him on a flight, it showed his rather unpleasant feet, his food tray was down and it had an OJ on it..Lets hope there wasn't any vokda in it..we all know what happens when Darcy and Vodka get together!
