And im very sure that Darcy does NOT think he's bigger than the sport. So again, you are just surmising. Or posting for the sake of something to say..

I never said that he did, just that you and few more think he is.

I just said that regardless how big a rider is, you cannot give him or her special treatment, the same rules applies to Darcy as anybody else.

But you suggests that just because Darcy is a great talent he shouldn't be punished or punished more lightly.

I never said that he did. But you and Wackie seems to think he is?

Now where did i actually say Darcy is bigger than the sport ? i didn't. Greg Hancock is a lot bigger in the sport than Darcy, and Darcy looks up to him, believe me.

The guy is box office- no other thread on this forum has as many comments, thats proof in itself! Right or wrong in what he's done , the authorities are now making a laughing stock out of the sport- how long does it take to sort out his penalty.

Ward may have the last laugh yet- loss of past and future earnings waiting for this to be sorted out.

Really hope he has a pop at them once a decision is made.

I'm not taking sides here, but the FIM are not showing themselves in a good light.

On another angle, why does speedway need them anyway, they do nothing for the sport apart from take from it. The sport is small enough to break away from them, what would be the downside of this? nowt from what I can see

Already tried to tell them mate, but they are obsessed with it. To them its like waking up on Christmas morning to a new Tonka Toy. Very sad for grown men and women..

The thread would only be about 60 pages if you followed your own advice.

What's that then? Democracy? Freedom of religion? Gender equality? World peace? The drinks industry?

All of the above norbold. :D

I've seen the light. He looked sorry at the Poole D&D, if that's good enough for some who were there, that's good enough for me. Although Darcy has had a good bit of practice at perfecting his remorseful gaze in the past couple of years. :P

Mores the pity then that Darcy didn`t seek out Greg to ask him how professional sportsmen should conduct themselves whilst competing-sure Greg could have told him a thing or two.

May look up to him as a rider as Darcy isnt as good as Greg yet.

Certainly doesnt behave anything like Greg off the track and obviously doesnt go to him for advice.

Your posts are great fro comedy i have to say

After considering it in some depth, I can only decipher that the best way to avoid a drawn-out, lengthy process is to not go out and get pissed the night before a GP. It may help avoid these kind of things.

Is there an Echo on here? or has Sidney White Martin just deleted his post..
