Gavan
So as everybody said there was no wrong blood there was no faulty equipment no off duty policeman. The simple fact was Ward got caught and has paid the price and still the little twerp goes on twitter and has a pop at the FIM. Clearly he hasn't learned anything at all from this and I'm guessing it won't be long till he is in more crap.
waiheke1
So Poole have got until 27 June to throw a few matches, and get the averages down, so that Janowski can be booted out and Ward take his place in time for the run-in to the play-offs.tbh the only logical reason to have north rather than shamek would seem to be to have a rider more likely to decrease than increawe their average. And maybe those who said holdee was dekiverately lowering his average last sesson were right....
SteveLyric2
So with Darcy's points against Leicester home and away (8+3 and 5 respectively) being expunged - does that mean he'll have a lower average when he's available on 29th June? waiheke1
10 months about right imho. would have been happy with 6-8 if a decision had been made atvthe time, but think there had to be some time "to serve" after the decision. It's ruined his chances of beingcworld champ for two seasons and cost him tens of thousands I presume - all entirely his own fault, but hardly escaping as lightly as some are suggesting. looking fwd to seeing the reactions on twitter of all those adamant he should be suing fim!

I haven't worked out the figures exactly ... but surely his GSA will go UP not down when those points are removed.
Tsunami
Surely what you meant was - yes there is (such a rule) but they can be re-introduced subject to the MC's approval. Surely all team changes require this ageement? Therefore, I'm a bit surprised it is still in the regulations. Nope, just have to abide by the rules as published re points level. Re introducing a rider, who was previously in your 1 to 7, is entirely different and dependant on MC approval. But you knew that anyway. Knew there used to be a rule (vaguely remember it was something to do with Berwick???) - wasn't sure if it still was in the book, but since my first mention had checked. So to sum up Ward can only be re-introduced if the MC approve.
Alan_Jones
His average would go up surely? His 2014 CMA would go up from 8.55 to 8.99 & his rolling average would be similarly affected.

TheReturn
He is going on about returning for the Cardiff GP, does that mean he will be still given a SGP place in 2015? or is he just 'assuming' he will be given one or a wildcard? Alan_Jones
Let's hope the BSPA correctly apply the rules and do this. Indeed. Obviously it depends on the 2 scores reinstated at the start of the rolling sequence but it's likely to be more than the 13 from 10 being dropped. Would be surprised if he was given cardiff, would be some very annoyed brits!

Somink like that mate. i think the ban is very fair. Darcy now knows what he needs to do.. I don't need to go over old ground, but he has to accept he will be a marked man from now on in. Should, he step out of line, which i now hope he won't, they will bounce him from one side of the pits to the other, and they will see his career is finished.. His choice..Me, when, he returns, i hope he goes on to show the speedway world the REAL, Darcy Ward...
