WTF is going on its not a murder trial for gods sake#howlongtheyneed?!!!

Neil Middleditch @middlo57 · Jan 30

No decision till next week !!! What the hell is going on! #fimareajoke

I would categorize that as a form of 'mouthing off' Middleditch is not defending what is right, he is defending a rider who seriously transgressed. As previously stated by many posters here the FIM have followed protocol and they are well within there rights to take up to 45 days to make a decision. If Neil hadn't commented on the situation in the manner that he has done and moaned about common practice then I do not think that he would have received any or as much stick as he has received on twitter. What does he really expect with those hashtags?!

I'd hardly call any of that unprofessional, he's just stating his case and make his point. Not like the clowns who go on his twitter almost baying for blood, thats, unprofessional. not that they'd know much about that word...

if this was Nicki Pedersen you'd be calling him worse than rubbishe.... And you know it!!...And banging on about his past, Hypocrite!!

Er no, Pedersens past doesn't interest me .

if someone other than Middlo wrote it, would you still say it is not unprofessional?

Not at all, clearly you can't read, there's bugger all wrong with that, no matter who wrote it..

I like how he had absolutely no response to one person once they pointed out the FIM regs.

You talking about me or Neil?

No like SCB writes, both tweets are written by NM.

The first one is NM writing a tweet to philipsr8, the second tweet is written by NM to @phillipsr8 @shawncbrown @SpeedwayGB @Sudden_sam33.

In any other sport they would be fined for improper use of social media and bringing the sport into disrepute. Calling the governing body a joke, wtf it's not a murder trial and abusing fans is unprofessional in my opinion.

Not at all, they are, If they were so sure of themselves, they should have heavily fined and banned him for 12 months 2 years whatever from the get go and be done with it and no, its not a murder trial. Thats not being unprofessional, thats just making your point. freedom of speech and all that.

I suggest before you open that mouth of yours you take a long look at twitter because once again you are talking out of your backside.

Middlo is an unprofessional fool everytime he posts.

Not many go on Twitter 'baying for blood' they just tell him he is a prat.

Unfortunatly a lot of people who comment on his posts are the wallys who dont know the rules either.

So before you post on here at least arm yourself with some facts

Now I don't believe everything I read on twitter but one tweet that Middlo has retweeted appears to infer (using my words carefully here  ) that he called someone a retard on twitter. Not exactly sure why he felt the need to retweet it but there ya go.

If that is the case Middlo can have absolutely no complaints that he has been reported to the SCB.

Has he been reported SL? I didnt know that but frankly he should have been pulled up for it. the riders were warned about watching their conduct on social media and that anything that was felt to damage speedways repoutation would be acted on - surely that applies to team managers as well.

I knew the comment had been made, I saw it at the time, but I didnt realise that he had then retweeted it himself. That says volumes to me. As does the fact he later posted that to call someone that was 'banter' and seems to confirm by that tweet that he finds it acceptable for someone in his position

NOT taking sides here and leaving aside the fact that it is Darcy Ward on centre stage, don't see how anyone could not agree that the FIM could and should have expedited this matter far more quickly than they have and that it should not take 45 days to deliver a judgement having had the hearing ... and that would apply whether it was a World Champion in the dock on a rider at the bottom of the ladder.

What you're making there, Phil, is a general point about the FIM. This case is nothing out of the ordinary. You might want to criticise the FIM for the time they take generally, but, believe me, this case is nothing special. They are not treating Darcy Ward any differently to how they would treat any other rider.

It's just a shame people like you and Middlo don't know this.

As i said, i don't do Twitter..

and once again you are happy to argue with people on here when you quite clearly are clueless.

when pointed out some of the stuff Middlo writes, rather than discuss it you shut up shop trying to deflect the blame as in 'someone else wrote it' or ' i dont do twitter'

At the end of the day wether you do twitter or not is irrelevent you can see what he wrote yet once again your tongue is firmly rammed up the backside of anything Poole

by all means challenge the fim protocol but it is what it is for any rider.

they are not dragging it out at all, they are doing the same they would for ANYBODY!

why on earth do some people not understand this is beyond me
