montie
If the updates are correct then surely Josh needs to be banned. Rubbish..Josh simply went to have a word with Stead after race and bikes came together
Marksman
yes .ban him. as long as the action was deliberate. 12 month ban i say and while your at it ban all the other no shows. looks like stewie robson has just got himself some worky bookings. josh g .goodbye. If Robson replaces Josh G we may as well not run for the rest of the season, will be Lawson i'm sure.

Shadders
The incident made it interesting. Apart from Cook trailing in last in the semi there wasn't much else to talk about. Always seems flat when a rider wins on his own track. Edited September 21, 2014 by Shads
Cue Ball
Congratulations to Steady! He showed he was determined to win it all night and made no mistakes in the final. Shame about the whole Josh / Stead incident and the unsavoury aftermath in the crowd around the pits and elsewhere, not often you see fights kicking off at speedway and thanks to Rob Godfrey for attempting to calm things down and for the blokes involved in preventing/breaking up a bit of a scuffle that kicked off right next to me and my 6 year old daughter

BWitcher
had it been a good old fashioned twenty heats Danny king would have been the champion don't care for this grand final nonsense But it wasn't, so its irrelevant. Besides, you don't know if he would have been champion or not. Edited September 21, 2014 by BWitcher
Shadders
Another highlight was arriving before the car park attendant., saving a couple of quid. Then, not having my bag searched with my beer in. Some very tasty nachos, cheese & chilli at the stadium too. Charlieboy
Well done steady top result after season weve had.Usual snipes will be out about home track advantage but we don't care. All seven riders have been injured so we will take this result for what it is,well deserved.Dont know whats the problem with josh ? just hard riding and now hes got an injury ! serves him right for knocking steady off after the race,no sympathy.Get over it mate.!!!!!!! Gaz
Robbo or the gater Richard Lawson hmmm.... Yep has to be Robbo who tries for 4 laps and not just until the 1st corner Edited September 21, 2014 by Gaz
Marksman
Robbo or the gater Richard Lawson hmmm.... Yep has to be Robbo who tries for 4 laps and not just until the 1st corner The last time Robson guested at number 1 for us he got 5, also scored 5 on his last visit with Newcastle. Lawson however at DP this season broke the track record and scored an 18 point max, I think I know who I'd rather have... Lord Lucan
Robbo or the gater Richard Lawson hmmm.... Yep has to be Robbo who tries for 4 laps and not just until the 1st corner Nah, it'll be Lawson, especially for the DP events, keep the fans happy with a local lad for the remainder of the season!! StevePark
Nice to see 3 Brits in the final Well done to Simon Stead (but about time the PLRC was run on a neutral track (EL) and ELRC on a PL track. With all the Doubling up, an EL track would hardly be neutral! Well done Danny King for getting the runner-up spot, one bad gate all night in the Final done him. Actually enjoyed the meeting for once, with some great racing.
