Najjer
TBF I had just assumed Bowen was a 3 pointer without actually looking - Somerset have 3.70 for the no.7 role which rules out Bowen, until the averages change at least.
Falcon Hammer
Peace in our time. Looks like no more double-headers according to the amended fixture list If the track is prepared like last week, will be great racing for the rest of the year for Rockets & Raiders fans
Alan_Jones
Which fixture list? Double headers still showing on Rockets, Raiders & BSPA sites.
Islander15
Which fixture list? Double headers still showing on Rockets, Raiders & BSPA sites. On the Rockets page it has slightly altered as the Raiders now host Mildenhall on 9th August rather than a double header on 31st May but the May bank holiday double header and a couple of others are still there. Yes I saw that. It was announced on the Raiders site that Mildenhall will be unavailable to speedway on the 9th August so the home match is moving to that date. It may well be the start of a move away from double headers but that's the only one so far.
cityrebel
I've never liked double headers. The marathons at white city in the 1970's sowed the seeds for me.

Alan_Jones
Also: Sat 11 July - Raiders v Buxton, National League Ah yes, didn't notice that because it's also still shown on the original double header date as well. The two August double headers are still unchanged.

Alan_Jones
Reckon they'll get changed in time Alan It's looking that way. Can only be a good thing even though, the way our season's going, they'll probably be moved to dates reserved for later progress in various competitions,
tocha
On a different topic, Berwick are your opponents in the next round of the KOC after Ipswich failed tonight to overturn a four point deficit from the first leg.
Pob
Based on last nights performance from the Witches you'll be in the Semi's for the LC as well . If they ride like that again down at Plymouth tonight they have got no chance of picking up the points they need to go through
