Super Blue
Ok, this one is a tester for Rye fans pockets being the third home meeting in the space of 8 days for the Rockets but how do we think this will pan out? In their two previous visits to the launch pad this season the Witches have been comfortably beaten in the league cup and squeaked a narrow victory in the first Premier league encounter. This one could well be decided by which Witches and which Rockets teams turn up, both have been very erratic form wise and I have absolutely no idea what the end result is likely to be! It could be anything from a big home victory to a half decent away one. Opinions??? Edited August 14, 2014 by Super Blue
westhamboy66
Comfortable home win for a change, wasn't that impressed with the witches at the previous meeting couple of weeks ago and with Kennet back to top form and the ever impressive Greenwood getting better each home meeting i can see nothing other than all three points for Rye. So pleased that this is the last meeting between our teams as it's getting a bit monotonous (no disrespect to Ipswich)
dontforgetthefueltapsbruv
If the Witches want to show they are worth a play off place this is a meeting they need to win. Up to the boys to show they want it and are good enough. Witches win by between 2&6 for me.
Shadders
My pockets are bottomless when it comes to watching Rye House. Expect a narrow home win
Baldyman
Very tough one to call, but I shall say rockets win, but Ipswich to get point. Could all be down to which reserves score the most.

Is Gino not available ? Bugger , I thought we were at full strength for this one . Just looked and it's in Poland on Sunday 17th , is he definitely not riding or is it an assumption that he won't be available for Saturday ? I thought the U21s was Saturday as well hence thinking he was missing. If its Sunday then he may well be there.Sorry!! Edit - perhaps if the clubs had bothered with previews with less than 48 hrs to tapes up we wouldnt be guessing Edited August 14, 2014 by dontforgetthefueltapsbruv
Super Blue
According to Gino's own website " Gino Manzares Racing " his personal fixture list has him doing both . But as you say speculation is always rife when nobody tells us anything !
Baldyman
What do expect from a non professional sport.
Super Blue
The word Professional implies payment for doing a job which is strictly true but hey I know exactly where you're coming from ! I can understand Rye being a tad slow in previewing the meeting , after all they only had one last night but the Witches website bods and promotion have no excuse , nothing new there then ! Don't think you'll learn much from our website. Can be very hit & miss. We weren't even made aware of Edward Kennetts absence from our side at Somerset last Friday, even though Somerset were informed at 9.30am
Baldyman
It's strange isn't it, you would think all promotions would be doing all they can to keep customers informed about things. And some people wonder why the sport is on its last legs. Even my local kart track and local football team keep me informed better.

Baldyman
A lot of guess work about who or who not maybe riding. If no gino then I change my mind, we won't get a point.
Super Blue
According to Leicester website preview against Lakeside we have Adam Saturday , it specifically mentions that he is required by Ipswich who have a meeting at Rye ! So that only leaves the question mark over Ginos participation .
Baldyman
Shadders, come and say hello before the meeting starts. Always good to put a face to the words.
