Somerset Cases Rebels V Edinbourgh 13/8/14

Recommended Posts

A compete humping, as Somerset go top of the table and the once unbeatable Monarchs now look a sorry lot.

TWO!!!!!

All the best

Rob

They were pretty poor, Craig Cook especially and Sam Masters too who was looking desperate at times.

Would love to see a video of heat 15, which had to be seen to be believed - not only Morris and Fricke passing and repassing eachother for the lead, but Brady with the ride of the season coming from last to second on the final lap. Stunning ride.

I think Cook has reached his level, doesn't have the temperament to go any further, and is on a downward slope.

I just can't see him progressing, he's not got the right attitude.

Somerset starting to look like the biggest threat to a Bandits' first ever league win?

Thou shall not be disappointed, its the first race I'm uploading. Speaking of Brady, the boy is a freak on a bike.

I agree, 2 horse race now, could go all the way to the last heat between Berwick, and Somerset for the title

Are you serious? Bandits will be slaughtered at either Somerset or Edinburgh in the play offs making the home leg irrelevant.

Going to Somerset tonight with a 5 man team was all ready going to be a difficult task but when they don't all perform we were always going to get pumped.

Our problems lie at reserve got no problem with Aaron doing as expected in his first season in the PL but Sneddon is a whole different ball game experienced PL rider who should be scoring around 5 a meeting as a second string he can't even score 3 as a Reserve!!!!!!!!

Until we get rid of Sneddon we aren't going to win anything come business end of the season. With Sneddon in the team we will lose over 2 legs against Somerset and Peterborough with ease.

no chance.

You were taken apart at Edinburgh, no Kus I know, but still. You won't beat Edinburgh by more than 10 points at home. Somerset are rampant at home. No chance against them

If you take of your i hate Crag Cook specs for a second and use your brain you will see that we were heavily out scored at reserve last night and heavily out scored at reserve again tonight. Sneddon has failed to beat a opposing rider in his last two matches says it all really.

Edinburgh disappointing, especially Cook, Monarchs lost some points with Cook's bike failing at the start and Masters breaking the tapes, and Cook and Masters not coming out in heat 15, but Rebels would have won easily and never looked in danger of defeat. Brady's heat 15 last lap around the boards performance was the best I can remember seeing at Oak Tree. Chilli and chips very good.

Not a surprise with an on form team who are formidable at home, meeting early season pacesetters who are currently off form.

Looking forward to seeing Brady Kurtz on Friday as he appears to be a special talent..
