SteveLyric2
Its stated that he needs to build up his bank balance and sponsorship in order to be competitive in the SGPs . He intends doing another year of league racing and SEC to achieve that.

RPNY
He's a Red Bull Sponsored rider, many other Sponsors, earns well out of Speedway, I refuse to believe he couldn't compete in the GP's if he wanted to. Would seem Susi is in his ear saying they can get a good payday just doing the Euros and leagues meetings. Very sad. But he's old enough to make up his own mind so to me the blame as to why he is not and maybe will not be world champion is his fault and his fault only.
LagutaRacingFan
Susi is looking after Emils bank balance and when Emil retires, he will thank his manager.
severnsider
That maybe true but last year it seemed Susi got him dropped in Sweden so losing money
PHILIPRISING
EMIL and Susi have a very close relationship that goes back to when the Russian started racing in Poland and it obviously works but my own view, having talked to both, is that if Susi wanted Emil to do the SGP he would.

PHILIPRISING
Well say for arguments sake Emil wanted to do the gp series and Susi says no it's about time Emil grew a set of balls and put his foot down THAT'S a valid argument and I personally wish that was the case but it isn't. customhouseregular
I understand Emil is competing in the Rory Schlein Invitational at Kings Lynn. This should guarantee a sell-out crowd...one would think.

Ghostwalker
Emil made his comeback earlier tonight at Målilla challenge. He rode three heats and won them all. http://www.dackarna.nu/sv/nyheter/nyheter/e/5183/resultat-malilla-challenge/ http://www.speedwaynyheter.se/2015/04/28/malilla-vann-malilla-challenge/

Would seem Susi is in his ear saying they can get a good payday just doing the Euros and leagues meetings. And why not? If he's already got good sponsors and race contracts, all the SGP will do is lose him money as the prize money is terrible. Maybe he also doesn't want to unnecessarily risk himself on crap tracks either. All very well being world champion, but it won't pay the bills in speedway.
Trees
He is happy enough doing the SEC so perhaps this is the best model for a top class championship .......
PHILIPRISING
NOTHING like being World Champion ... don't think Red Bull sponsorship worth too much. Have an inkling, no more, after chatting to him over the fateful weekend in Warsaw that he might consider a wild card if offered for 2016.
