Poole V Swindon Weds 6th August 2014.

I'm worried about Steve and think he may have turned into a recluse as he got rid of his Facebook account as well.

Poole walking the meeting & they still take Compton out of his 4th ride!!

Poole were 13 points up with 2 races to go...........If Swindon got 2 5-1s in the last 2 races, Poole would of won by 5 points, therefore dropping a league point. Newman was brought in, in place of Compton as they were still trying to make sure of all 3 league points, so the right move was made by Middlo to not give Compton his last ride. If Poole had been 15 points in front I'm sure Compton would of had his 4th ride!! :t:

Newman normally get's 5 rides no matter what the situation.Could have given Johnson 4 rides at Wolverhampton on Monday but didn't

I expect Poole might be preparing for Kyle to be withdrawn from the fast track system next season and are doing their best to get in all the race practice he can in case they choose to put him in the main team next season. Can't say I have any problem with that to be honest.

He's still at Poole every match day in his regular grandstand seat. Some choose to sit with him - others keep their distance!! :D

That's good news. The day Steve gives up on Speedway will be the day when all hope is lost for the sport as even some of the die hard fans are getting cheesed off now.

Steve's fine Gemini, As Skidder says, he still goes to Poole every week and sits in the same place. I don't think Steve would give up on Poole Speedway, he would need to be taken kicking and screaming from the Stadium to give up.

Again, what many on here failed to realise, Steve did put up a lot of impartial posts, but as per usual, many on here just picked up on what they wanted to pick up on. Steve is a staunch poole fan and fans like that are very hard to come by nowadays.

Not fair to starman.

Shovlar was a troll only her to inflame with the most ridiculous comments you will see and yes I reacted, but the forum as a whole is so much better without him. There are decent Poole fans on here.

Could you imagine the crap he would spout bout all this if he was still here lol

Don't agree as both as bad as each other but at least Steve was the original, unlike the one trying to copy what he was doing in his posts now.

If your opinion counted i might be bothered.

Fine. But what does your opinion, mine or anyone else on this forum matter.

The truth is people who want to watch speedway will and those that disagree with matters won't.

The people who run speedway put their money where their mouth is.

Unless any of us are willing to put up the cash we can only give an opinion but the owners will always make the rules.

Absolutely.

Plus having given thousands to support the sport i love entitles me to have a voice.

I know that those running the sport care not one jot about my opinions.

Likewise i care not one jot whether people agree or disagree with my opinions.

The beauty of this forum is that on the whole plenty truly care for our sport and thats why its a great thing to share with others.

If i was a millionaire with a Speedway club i may well be in the same position of those currently running our sport.

Mob rules.
