A ORLOV
Hoping Lewis is better soon. Good choice of guest though, did well the last time he raced up there against his brother., scoring 11 pts in Swindon's surprise victory....... Will hopefully be a good guest for you. Swindon's surprise victory......, cheeky bu##er.
pointsmeanplayoffs
Nice to see we're on bet365, will be able to double down and watch both matches tonight. Imagine the Stars will leave with a least a point, maybe more, especially if Cookie carries on in the same vein of form following his disappointing showing at at the EOES yesterday. MrMungo
Hope we lose the coin toss tonight - one less decision for Attwood to get wrongHarsh! The B365 matches from BV are generally very good, I find. Some places don't have the best camera angle (Poole), but BV's is pretty good. In the past, I've preferred to watch BV on Bet 365 than I have to watch the meeting on SKY. Edited August 4, 2014 by MrMungo
ABS
Surely Lynn can't loose. All of Lynn's heat leaders are former BV riders. Lynn also have Steve Worrall at reserve. Never knew NKI rode for us - we can but hope!!!
Star Fever
Was surprised Swindon won pretty easily there tbh so maybe not a foregone conclusion tonight.

mikebv
Good result KL, spot on GWR, Steve is a great guest. as I am sure in the playoffs Poole will vouch for....... (away legs only, obviously)... and if charles wright can't make it.... Edited August 4, 2014 by mikebv
Star Fever
Awesome win - well done Stars Worrall was a good guest yes but that's Lewis Rose's best away score too - and all in all a great team performance. Mystified why Sky didn't show this match tho' as BV's chances of play-offs was much more likely than Wolves (and still is - despite tonight). Bagpuss
Well done lads.....important to match what Poole did tonight from a psychological point of view. Those nasty south coast lot are coming into form at the right time, we need to make sure we are too come play off time. That was always expected tonight, if we couldn't beat Swindon we had no chance against Kings Lynn. Our playoff chances went 2 weeks ago when we lost to Swindon, we basically had to be unbeaten at home to have any chance of making playoffs but that was never going to happen seeing as we still had to ride Kings Lynn & Coventry twice as well as the likes of Lakeside. If you say so and I know BV's away form is poor but theoretically you still have a chance to get some away points. Certainly more hope than Wolves anyway who've lost over twice as many home points than BV.

Star Lady
It wasn't a brilliant meeting racing wise but was entertaining enough. Well done to the ref for keeping the pit gate firmly shut after unsatisfactory starts. Just a shame he couldn't stop all the faffing about at the starts ggrrr. 2 minutes should mean 2 minutes until tapes up not 2 minutes to get near the tapes and fart arse around for a further 3 minutes ignoring the start Marshall. My fav moment tonight was seeing Robert Lambert beat an ego in heat 11. Also very impressed with Porsing, in his first race you could see him weighing up the track with each lap after that he had it mastered. Some pretty decent team riding from the youn guns at times too. Quite enjoyed myself tonight, shame about the faffing. The group of Poles standing near us seemed to like it Edited August 4, 2014 by Star Lady

Trees
Went last night, SOLID performance from the Stars :-) a well earned 4 points. How I wish they would acknowledge their fans, if the BV boys can then so can the Stars, it's just a little thing but it probably means a lot? I'll warn riders now do not stuck on the back wheel of Richie Worrall at BV or you're out, twice he did it to Lynn last night, is it the sign of desperation to score? Disappointed with him tbh! The track seemed smooth from my lofty position on the 3rd/4th bend but I was told it was pretty bumpy on the 2nd bend! Couldn't hear the tannoy on that terracing which was a little disappointing but we stuck it out as the viewing was good :-)

tellboy
Good result from the Stars last night. All of them done their job. Racing wise not the best, but there was a couple of decent races. Most passing was done when mistakes happened. Was up in the stand watching it looked bloody dusty aswell. My only gripe was paying £3 for a bloody race insert with a 3 month old programme.I went back when I realised and asked if I could just buy the insert and got flatly refused.I'm not being funny but they would be moaning if we all decided to do our own inserts. SCB
All the incidents were second bend so something was wrong there. But looking back all incident barring cooks was Stefan nielsens fault Didnt catch it all (trying to watch the Sky meeting) but how the hell Steffan got into the re-run of heat 14 I do not know! You cannot ride into the back of another rider and claim first bend bunching! Why was Zagar in a pointless heat 15?! Nearly messed up my betting Edited August 5, 2014 by SCB
