Somerset V Sheffield 29/7

Recommended Posts

He was stunning, his last to first in heat 8 being the pick of the bunch. He got us out of deep hole tonight in another brilliant meeting.

You'll see it again if you want once I've uploaded it to my fb, heat 13 was a talking point as well. Like with heat 8, will post the video link on here too :t:

Plenty of drama in heat 13, which added to a great nights entertainment even more - but regardless of Skidmore's toys coming out the pram and becoming the pantomime vilan, the right decision was 100% made on that.

Would much appreciate seeing the videos - Wright was in breath taking form all night!

Thanks for the videos RH92

Sheffield put up a good fight really pushed the Rebels

Check out Brady playing Peek a Boo under the air fence

Good pics as usual, strictly speaking it was not Sheffield who put up a good fight but guests from other clubs.

You can be as pedantic as you like, but whichever way you look at it, it was still a cracking meeting, up there as probably one of the best at the OTA this year, and that's saying something given the standard of racing seen there so far this year.

Top marks to the Sheffield promotion for putting together a cracking team everyone gave it a go. They rode their socks off.

Racing was top drawer. Rebels made to work hard.

Charles Wright for the Rebels was awesome.

Superbly prepared racetrack every week means Rebels fans are treated to excellent racing no matter what teams line up.

I have to say I predicted a heavy defeat for Sheffield last night, but Bunyan apart, all of the Tigers gave it a real go. As others have said, a cracking meeting.
