Mr Blobby
Rosco was absolutely spot on with his team selection for this one, choosing Simon Stead was a brave and inspiring choice, especially when you saw Simon take heat 1. A message to Craig Cook, put the dummy back in and grow up and be man. If congratulating the team on twitter is spitting the dummy then you need your head checked
scaramanga
great all round team performance tonight and thats not only the 4 riders and rossco but every one involved will be much harder in the final aslong as we try and are not disgraced i wont complain at finishing 4th would think denmark or poland will take the tittle

Tsunami
If congratulating the team on twitter is spitting the dummy then you need your head checked Obviously ignoring what went on before today regarding being a reserve. Being loyal to a rider, but perhaps it is you that needs your heed checked.
Hunty
The Lions will finish 3rd tonight! We were shocking last year and only see it happening again! I know nothing... Super super stuff, as much as the Aussies had a bad night we would still have won!
Sgt. Hartsock
Not only was it a fantastic start, but we kept it up throughout the meeting, that's probably why the Ausies struggled. Anyway I am just chuffed we won. Good luck in the final boys.
spanner47
The Aussies should go back to the way they used to do things, put some old geyser in charge as a figure head, but leave all the decisions to the star rider, it worked the Street / Crump era. If Lemon couldn't see the most obvious change in Speedway history, he should certainly stand down.

Maybe caught up in the atmosphere not great racing but great atmosphere, enjoyable night, didnt need to use back roads no traffic problems near track. Whats changed at kings lynn used to be such a great race track now not so good
Mark
The class difference between the riders of all 4 teams didn't help the quality of racing.. darcy had a terrible night which took away some thrills. LagutaRacingFan
Depends what side Denmark put out; If the likes of Jepsen Jensen are included then we will be in trouble.
weatherwatcher
Good that the lads won. But not that much exitement. Other tahn the couple of riders seeing red lights. Was Rossi standing on turn 3/4 with a red flash light. Just to make it more interesting. Must say thaough it is time the stuppid Joker double points fiasco was knocked in the head. We didn't see it happen tonight, but it has happened many times in the past, that the team winning then loses the match when another team play the jocker and draw level and then go on to win the meeting. It should be run as the team with the most points wins if the others are 6 or more points behind then it is thier hard luck. If they can't win by fair means, then why make it so they can win by foul means. It is just what it says it is a Bl**dy JOKE. Oof the Aussies it was Doyle who rode the best out of them. Ward was terrible, the Americans where a one man team with a couple of lucky ride from the other lads, saying that though they still rode well saying they where so young, another year or so they should be pretty hard to beat. The Italians where there just to make up the numbers.
DizzAssStar
So there was a red light. Those with facebook can see a photo here Good program that Photoshop!!!!! Amazing that none of the meeting officials saw someone holding a red signal lantern................ cos it sure as hell ain't an indicator light on a digi camera etc !!!! ............... or maybe its just the face of someone who stood out in the sun all day!!!!!
Star Fever
Well done to GB - they had several slices of luck but would probably still have won it anyway. Aussies obviously lost points when Darcy [a] retired at gate & pulled up for the red light and Woodward was a total disaster - would've thought Morris or Graczjonek or Watt would've been a better choice. Was impressed by the young Americans, but Wells should've been better. As for the Italians, Covatti certainly tried and had hard luck when his almost 6 pointer was restarted. Not a brilliant meeting racing-wise though, but I think that was more down to the quality of riders than anything else i.e. Ward wasn't able to compete speed-wise and luck-wise/ Holder wasn't there - in fact Denmark weren't there so no Iversen or Pedersen to add to the mix! It was mainly 2 against 2 for most of the races simply because of the teams there. Hopefully this comp will revert back to the old formula asap with no seeded finalists, but at least the next semi looks more balanced, Danes even using a B-team to spice it up! Gavan
Well what a cracking result for the boys! Special praise must go to Rosco. Knew how to pick a decent side i.e the best 4 available and more importantly knew how to motivate them and get them up for it. What a difference 12 months makes from having Old mother hen Muddlo picking poor riders and a complete lack of motivation. Can't see Starman and the other Poole fans on here who said NOBODY could do any better with the pool of riders we have! Erm wrong! We are on the final and with Middlo we couldn't beat the yanks or Latvia! People moaning bout the track need to understand in a lot of races there was only 2 riders who could win it therefore you weren't going to get class racing. Have the final at Lynn with 4 top sides and the racing would be better. Darcy tonight made me realise that he is still the brat he always had been absolutly pathetic! Needs to look at Holder and Tai and there attitude
LagutaRacingFan
Rosco got lucky.. He faced the weakest Aus side in a long long time. No Holder Ward half-fitWoodword out of his depth Batchelor thinking he's a godsend. If Rosco finishes above Poland/Denmark then he gets credit.
