Edinburgh V Berwick (ko-cup-2nd Leg) 25/7/14 @ 7.30pm

Recommended Posts

Ricky will be a plus for you Bandits.....instead of santa, and if Bigeddie had checked, he would have seen the Young Carr did't score that well last week at the Dale

You Bandits are starting to sound like our friends from through the west......a wee tad paranoid with Smugville.....................lol

Only some Berwick fans are paranoid, others see Edinburgh for what they are, a top PL speedway team and all credit to them.

They are all important.... BUT.... as im someone who has followed their team so much over the years with little in retuen, I believe a chance to get into a KO Cup Semi is also right up there with things!

Have to agree if we could put the Top Team in the PL out of the cup we might have chance of winning something.Dont think we will win the League.

I'll still be there but it just feels like everything going in the monarchs favour before a wheel is turned! Claus and Matej have been trumps for us.. Just hope we can keep this respectable!

Thats the way its gone all season for the Smugs, B4E  , makes such a difference if luck goes your way, they'e had no injuries to deal with and not many missing riders due to commitments. For the seond time this season I'm with the Bandits for this one :o:t:

Don't think riders not being missing due to commitments is down to luck.

It's down to using your own assets and getting others signed on before they signed for anyone else.

And not using commuting foreigners.

Not really... Just we've got a 12 point lead to defend at a place we usually get a pasting at and 2 of our current in form riders aint gonna be there... Hardly paranoid!

Berwick are always happy to check out a young French lad!

No chance sunshine once bitten in-fact thinking about it you would have more chance in signing Dimitri than what you actually have off beating the incredibles at smugville tonight :D .

A fully fit in-form Harrison definitely strengthens the Bandits at Armadale in place of the half fit Vissing... Kus - irrespective of what form he's in is positively useless around Armadale and Greaves will be on the pace...

Right now... After heat 9... I'd have taken a half fit Claus and a "positively useless" Matej!

Berwick just cant get round Armadale.

Don't think you'll be too disappointed. Accentuate the positives -- Doolan's going really well, Steen Jensen will deliver at Armadale and Rusty coming to us off the back of 14+1 on Sunday afternoon.

In what way is Doolan going really well, his average has declined since the start of the season, currently sitting nearly a full point lower. His scoring over the last couple or three meetings has been decent, but one swallow doth not a summer make.

Regardless of that, I'm sure Claus could have scored more than 4 and Matej more than nowt....

Think there are one or two Bandits riders need to take a long hard look at themselves and think about who pays their wages this is a shocking display even by our usual standards.

No no come on, Doolans doing really well, and Harrison is coming to us after scoring big last time out, and Carr can get round Armadale.

Maybe he would or maybe he wouldn't who knows anyway i would be asking major questions of an ex monarch of 10 years scoring only 3 surely he should be doing better than that

This doesn't make Berwick a bad side though just another team on the list that cannot ride Armadump i am afraid and it is a very long list

Genuine question for Edinburgh fans. Do you honestly enjoy thrashing team after team, week after week? Must be so boring watching most opposing riders struggling to get round.

Que the smug replies as i wait with baited breath on the utter p1sh that will follow.
