Tommy Sweetman
Utter madness from a man who has been in speedway 30+ years !!Does Adams read the posts on BSF,if he does be interesting to see what decision he takes for the home match with Lynn next monday. Be utter madness to make the same mistake again, especially if it results in a heavy loss at Monmore.
mdmc82
Does Adams read the posts on BSF,if he does be interesting to see what decision he takes for the home match with Lynn next monday. Be utter madness to make the same mistake again, especially if it results in a heavy loss at Monmore. Musielak only scored 4 in his last two meetings at home so I don't think him being missing would be the reason for a heavy home loss. NeilWatson
Havvy/Coventry are not great at this either. They have got lucky a couple of times with guests but are still tactically very naive and have not used riders in the best way possible (for riders read Garrity) I'm astonished you have time to make almost 47,000 posts on this forum - your phone must be ringing non-stop with 31 team-managers asking your advice...... Bagpuss
Out of interest, if a team is already running R/R I assume they are unable to enforce in-meeting R/R too?

TBF to SCB, most of them should ask his advice, at least on tactical or rule related matters: Well before the VISA issue for Aussie riders came to a head, he had pointed out that rules were being breached, wheras the clubs seemed amazed. SCB had pointed out the situation with Tyron Proctor, whereas the relevant team manager seemed amazed when his VIsA was turned down There are countless times where SCB has pointed out incorrectly applied averages, or rules - I think he has a far better understanding of these than any current team manager Almost every team in the league IS failing to make full use of their stronger reserve - statistics can back up that teams clearly should be using their stronger rider for an extra ride in the majority of occasions It's common sense that if R/R will give you a stronger rider in every (or 3 out of 4) heats,, that you should use this option rather than a guest. yet many teams have persisted with using a weak guest rather than a stronger R/R option. Out of interest, if a team is already running R/R I assume they are unable to enforce in-meeting R/R too? SCB will know the answer to that one

Trees
And don't forget his fixture compiling computer programme!!! He would surely be an asset to British speedway promoters if they asked him to be, Neil Watson has worked this out!? ☺
SCB
...................or 31 Promoters pleading with SCB to be their manager!!! They'd be mad While I might think I have a better tactical awareness that most and a better understanding of the rules than a lot (and thats without trying so if I had the job I'd learn the rules properly) I think my man management would be appalling - I'm one of the first to admit my people skill are not the best and I'd probably have half the team quit within a few weeks Mind you, I think if it was my job I'd be a little more diplomatic than Norrie Allen

SCB
SCB, how do you have time to do any work, because you seem to spend all your time on your phone/laptop. My time sheets at work show I do about an hour work then have a 10-15 minute break, then do another hours work. then I wonder why I'm sat in the office so late twice a week trying to catch up hours

BWitcher
Absolutely unbelievable over on Facebook where despite the events of last night some of them are now suggesting Aaron Summers to guest on Monday night! RR at home is again a no brainer. Rides for Lindgren, Karlsson, Wells and Thorssell. It would need to be a genuine heat leader to replace those.
