I would suggest as this is a re-arranged fixture when asked if he would be available the club were told unlikely but went ahead and booked the meeting any way! I am sure if I am wrong Neil will soon be on here to correct this post.

dont worry panthers fans , you have 5 heat leaders in your team. take awat 2 and you still have 3, exactly the same as other pl teams have. monarchs to show no mercy and carry on with rheir winning ways.. .. 5 heat leaders, whatever nexy.

The world has ended !! Well done to Panthers on being the first team to beat the Mighty Monarchs in 5 months! They looked a good team at the Dale and proved it tonight. Time to start another 25 match unbeaten run then.... ;)

Expected Panthers to win as they are starting to click.

Even without Bjerre, they had a decent guest in Summers.

If they can get a good replacement for Fisher, they will fancy their chances against anyone.

Monarchs fully deserve praise for compiling a 24 match unbeaten run, which had to end sometime, and which will take something exceptional for any other team to equal or surpass.

Had a feeling today was going to be the day that the streak ended. Well done to the panthers. don't really know how to react to a loss been that long. :approve:

To many last places and 2 or 3 riders under performing killed us today bit disappointed we came away with nothing.

Just need to start a new streak starting wednesday as we pump those pesky bandits. :approve::approve:

Well, it had to happen some time but what a journey and a great record ..... Many thanks to our boys for all the excitement.

7 points behind isn't too shabby either but Cookie needed a bit more help ...... Congratulations to Peterborough

We'll be back..........

Very entertaining meeting and Panthers raised their game yet again when they had their backs to the wall.

Fricke hitting the tapes when on a TR was an expensive mistake as he was just getting to grips with the track but the Monarchs can have no complaints as they were at full strength.

Pretty good crowd as well, rain came later than was expected although the track became tricky in the last two.
