EnglishRoundabout
Weather seems to be looking good for this one folks. Newcastle should provide a stiffer test this time, especially with Danny King in their ranks. Robbo seems to be at the OTA every other week, so will be dialled in nicely. Lindgren surely can't be as poor as in April. Still going for a Rebels win by 12.

NJC71
I'll reserve judgement on that. God you just can't help yourself. It is so boring........ You never say a word about anyone else. Robbo and Lewis were dreadful in the pairs last week and Danny King has been nowt special so far either but Lindgren is always to blame.

I didn't criticise him. Reserve judgement means - 'wait and see'. I wasn't going to mention it until your Posts appeared - BUT - do you really think that FOUR points at Sheffield was a decent score for a Heat Leader? Personally - I don't. Anyway - let's see how he gets on tonight at Somerset.

The White Knight
And then TWK can p*$$ all over the ashes!!! I genuinely hope that Lindgren gets a maximum tonight - and the same goes for every Meeting left in the Season. I would love to be proved wrong. On his day he is a brilliant Rider - but 'his day' doesn't happen anywhere near enough for someone with such talent. THAT is why I find him so frustrating. That and his lack of willingness to Team Ride as he rides off and leaves his Teammates to struggle.

Perhaps Ludde thinks that if he tried to team ride, the chances are both him and his team mate might get overtaken by the opponent(s) behind, so rather than chance that happening, he "rides off" to guarantee the 3 points for the team and hope the said team mate can look after himself for any extra point. Team riding is a dying art form these days, unfortunately, and there are many who can do it.

Which is quite sad really.

I see it how it is Dave. Not how I would like it to be. I see Robbo Team Riding often - so I know what Team Riding is. Perhaps, as Steve says, he can't Team Ride but actually I don't believe that because I HAVE SEEN HIM DO IT!! But crucially - only when he wants to. That my friend, is my gripe. dantodan
Chris Schramm has decided to retire and Simon Nielsen is coming in but not til Sunday. Have we a decent reserve guest for Somerset tonight?
