Panthers match at Rye House tonight was postponed at 0930 so I don't see any reason why Blackbird couldn't ride tonight if Eastbourne were so minded.

I thought team line-ups had to be submitted in advance - and only able to be changed through rider injury??!

Edited: just seen the latest info.

Coming down for this meeting tonight and here's hoping the weather gods behave.

This will be a tough meeting for the Pirates especially now Lewis-Blackbird is available to ride. Hopefully with Poole able to get Eddie-Kennett in does give us some hope.

On another matter lets hope that the Eagles can survive behond the current season to loose any track is a complete disaster and the sport cant afford to keep losing tracks.

Lets hope for some good news on this. Most of all here's to a great evening of speedway.

Darcy had his usual once a meeting fall. Pawlicki poor tonight. No excuses for Poole as Kennett had probably scored the same if not more than Milik would have done. Poole really should be getting something at a weakened Eastbourne

Excellent track, pawlicki riding like he was in Poland, kennet rode v well, an unfit blackbird nearly cost eastie the 3 PTs in ht 12,he fenced tomo and couldn't hold the bike after his ht 9 fall

Bjarne was tremendous and only beat by a blatant jump from ward in ht 1. Ref was very poor, ht 3 was a4b and when ward came off in ht 11 he took an eternity to put lights on
