Ghostwalker
THE track will be the same size as Parken ... will hold around 13,500 which was the crowd in Copenhagen this year. The disadvantage with CASA Arena is that it doesn't have a roof.
Haza
The disadvantage with CASA Arena is that it doesn't have a roof. no roof is a major disadvantage - as for the number of seats Copenhagen isn't a speedway area and there is two SGP in Denmark this year next year as I understand it there will only be one in DK so I think tickets will sell very fast . PHILIPRISING
THINK you are right re tickets selling quickly. Yes, there will be only one SGP in Denmark next year. Edited August 25, 2014 by PHILIPRISING
eric i
Temporary tracks don't take much rain, I hope they have good drainage or it could be another Riga.
PHILIPRISING
THEY are having custom made covers along the lines of those at Vojens ... as a last resort Vojens itself, not far away, could be on standby

Ghostwalker
THEY are having custom made covers along the lines of those at Vojens ... as a last resort Vojens itself, not far away, could be on standby Well weather at Vojens is usually quite doubtful as well so that would perhaps not be much "standby" to rely on.

PHILIPRISING
Is that to become the norm now then?! NO ...but with Vojens so close it would have to be an option
New Science
THINK you are right re tickets selling quickly. PHILIPRISING
Bit of a comedown for the major speedway power of Denmark, now to hold just 1 GP a year in front of only 13,500. EVIDENCE suggests that the Danish speedway fans, most of whom reside in Jutland, are not willing to undertake the cost and time of travelling to Copenhagen and it also seems that far fewer Swedes made the journey these past two years ... hardly surprising really. Still looks like 12 GPs on the calendar next year.

Humphrey Appleby
NO ...but with Vojens so close it would have to be an option Why not actually just hold it in Vojens and be done with it? Horsens is hardly the first destination on most tourist lists, and most would be hard pushed to even locate it on a map.

iris123
Let's hope not.Track is crap.....nothing like Güstrow.Boring slick track that had problems for the U21 team meet earlier in the season and had to be inspected during the meeting, then a few weeks back in a German U21 meet the riders refused to ride because of track conditions
