Rob B
Are people really gonna keep saying all these falls are not affecting Darcy's knee as I don't think I've ever seen him as bad as he was in his last 2 rides. That said both were from the dreaded gate 1. He must have had sore balls at least, was heavy impact, not a surprise he didn't do much after that
spencebel
Huge Congrats to the Aces .... Well done to all
mikebv
some good close racing tonight,... a bonus was that 'nearly' all the riders belonged to the two teams competing and it was good to see the aces give a good poole side who will be play off contenders a hammering... cannot fault milik who gave everything as shown by his two falls trying to get round nicholls in ht 15, and ellis rode much better than his score suggests.. ward definitely looked effected by his crash both physically and mechanically.. still, I am sure the normal aces' away service will be resumed on wednesday.... stevebrum
Good win for the Aces. Pirates looking dodgy on the road still.
Halifaxtiger
Crap racing tonight I thought so too. The grip was right up against the fence on bends two and four and once a rider was on that it was game over. Real shame, the last match against the Pirates was way better. jimmy jimmy
Good win for BV tonight, agree the racing wasnt the best,Zagar's pass on Pawlicki the only real highlight, together with Scott Nicholls first bend manoeuvres. Impressed with Malik, thought he was impressive. Ward wasn't the same after his crash, but doesn't seem to go well at BV, think Holder has got in his head about the place. g13webb
Thought this would have been a lot closer than that. Appreciate Belle Vue are usually good at home, but didn't realise how good . All their riders performed well and were there to be counted. Somewhat disappointed with Poole, expected more from them. Yeah, appreciate Darcy fall didn't help, but some of their riders had an off night. I 've always loved watching Magic and would've expected him to score more then he does. I once thought he could be a future World Champion, but he needs to up his game considerable, before he can even be considered a future contender...... mdmc82
Brendan Johnson rides for Poole on Wednesday v Belle Vue. I know a fellow member has already said this but Ben Hopwood really is Hopeless. Johnson not much better to be fair. Wasn't just reserves that struggled last night, also need to look at main body of team as well
mikebv
How did Ward look effected mechanically!! bike had a misfire whilst running a last in his next race after his fall... popping away as he entered the bends..
Gavan
Well that was more comfortable then anyone could have imagined. Have no idea what is up with Darcy never seen a world class rider who keeps coming off as much as he does. Needs to have a chat with Mark Loram on how to pass from the back yet be safe and stay on. As Ward had a bad night the others needed to step up and they didn't. Pawlicki had a bad one but generally has had a good season so is allowed an off night. Yet again Janowski disappoints. This is a rider who a couple of years ago was on the verge if the gp but right now wouldn't even make the Polish world cop squad. Milik I thought was superb. The second reserve berth is a huge issue though. All said Poole look like they will make the play offs but they need some changes. KK for Magic? Not sure that fits
jimmy jimmy
Poole so look weak at reserve, I guess Newman is a decent rider but is injured at the moment. Ford and Middleditch can pick good riders, but not good Englush ones it seems.
