Rebels V Comets July 4th

Recommended Posts

59 then.

Maybe not quite !! , No Morris and Vissing in for Ricky Wells, Kasper Lykke Nielsen replaces Ash Morris, and this time they will have the Southern Tour supporters club bus cheering them on, and by god can we make some noise :P:party::drink::lol: .

Maybe my good friends on here, Willowman, Womble53, Najer, Starman will buy me a pint of Somerset Cider :D

Only if you promise to knock your loathing of the Rebels on the head? Think I'm safe there then!

The meeting has just got harder for the Rebels with it being announced R/R for Pontus.

Looking forward to welcoming Josh back although hope he doesn't score too freely.

This has the makings of being a very close meeting, probably the stiffest test so far. Would not like to say who will come out on top.

Hope you Workington fans have a safe and pleasant journey down. No doubt it will be two trips in consequetive weeks for you lot. Think Workington stand a very good chance in the pairs (yet again).

Well I can't promise but I will try  , I'm hoping we keep it closer than our last visit to OTA, Somerset are pretty dominant on their own track. Thanks, a long journey down then onto Rye House on Saturday. Yes two visits in two weeks but luckily only having to travel across from Cardiff for the pairs :drink: .

Safe meeting for all riders, best of luck boys

Judging by the comments on replacements and missings so far, this is about as good a chance to get something out of Somerset since Stoney was around!! :D

Should realistically perform much better than the KOC fiasco but I wont big the Comets up "too" much just in case, got to be worth at least a point and we really should get that if we harbour any ambitions of winning anything, got to get the results from the better teams as well?

Somerset are not likely to lie down so big effort's required here and challenge for every point, it's a good track for racing on so no excuses for a poor show, hope Mason continues on the up at No4 as I think middle order will hold the key to this match!!

Think I'll plump for a nerve jangling 48-42 home win and a point for the Comets!! ;)

Long range forecast a bit iffy for Friday and not good for Rye on Saturday, hope it's wrong, thats a long trip for a rain off!!

When he's wearing a Comets bib all hostilities cease, if he does the job, TJ's new best friend for the night, back to Berwick.... and of course he's a dirty sod, why wouldn't he be? :o

This is only an opinion of course as it is not my place to portent the actions of another!! :D;)
