Ikaros Smederna - Elit Vetlanda #tv meeting#

Live Eurosport 1 18.00 BST / 19.00 CEST / 20.00 EEST

race card: http://www.mediafire.com/view/tr0dziuno4nlgg0/ES.2014.R9.IkarosSmederna-ElitVetlanda.pdf

Ikaros Smederna (43)

  1. Kenni Larsen
  2. Oliver Berntzon
  3. Peter Karlsson
  4. Pawel Przedpelski
  5. Grzegorz Zengota
  6. Mikkel Michelsen
  7. Magnus Zetterström

Elit Vetlanda (47)

  1. Tai Woffinden
  2. Emil Sayfutdinov
  3. Jarek Hampel (K)
  4. Tomas H Jonasson
  5. Janusz Kolodziej
  6. Magnus Karlsson
  7. Jacob Thorssell

This weeks tv-meeting.

This will be a very hard challenge for Smederna especially without Laguta. I don't know if Oliver Berntzon will ride tomorrow (he have a light hand injury)

or if they will use R/R for him. I haven't seen any info regarding it so I assume that he rides. As #4 for Smederna we will see the Polish mega talent

Pawel Przedpelski makes his debut for Smederna. Vetlanda chooses to ride with Janusz Kolodziej instead of Leon Madsen.

Anyhow Vetlanda should win this without too much problem. Smederna are quite strong at home but the form in Zetterström is abysmal,
Smederna also misses Laguta and Berntzon is injures. I would say that the score will be 40-50 at the least.

Also don't expect any fancy racing like last week since there will not be as good racing as last week,

Piraterna - Västervik

Piraterna (46)

  1. Greg Hancock
  2. Rory Schlein
  3. Bjarne Pedersen
  4. Linus Sundström
  5. Darcy Ward
  6. Anton Rosén
  7. Fredrik Engman

Västervik (44)

  1. Przemyslaw Pawlicki
  2. Peter Ljung
  3. Krzysztof Kasprzak
  4. Hans Andersen
  5. Troy Batchelor
  6. Ludvig Lindgren
  7. Mathias Thörnblom

This will be very interesting interesting, Holder is still out for Piraterna and he is replaced by Schlein. Piraterna have been quite up and down this season

and although they have had injuries on both Ward and Holder. The team have not performed as expected and Piraterna is currently in 7th position with 7p

which is 5p more then Västervik who is in last place. Västervik have only won one meeting and are in desperate need of points.

I think this will be a close meeting. Västervik sacked three riders in the transfer window and one of the riders brought in is the former Piraterna rider

Przremyslaw Pawlicki and he should be very familiar with the track but will it be enough? Most likely it will depend on how well Kasprzak and the Swedes perform.

Rospiggarna - Indianerna

Rospiggarna (47)

  1. Andreas Jonsson
  2. Kim Nilsson
  3. Mads Korneliussen
  4. Timo Lahti
  5. Andzejs Lebedevs
  6. Chris Harris
  7. Jonas Davidsson

Indianerna (42)

  1. Fredrik Lindgren
  2. Antonio Lindbäck
  3. Piotr Protasiewicz
  4. Kenneth Bjerre
  5. Niels-Kristian Iversen
  6. Joel Andersson
  7. Mikael Max

Another very interesting meeting. Rospiggarna took a very solid win over Smederna last week, however Smederna only mustered a five man team

with R/R for Laguta and an injury on Berntzon. Rospiggarna have only lost 1 meeting so far (at home against Dackarna) but Indianerna

are a very strong team which has three straight (big) victories. They key to this meeting for Indianerna is how well Protasiewicz handles Orionparkens

tight and technical track. For Rospiggarna Chris Harris gets a new chance at reserve. I think Indianerna will win the meeting with the aggregate bonus point

going to Rospiggarna.

Dackarna - Vargarna

Dackarna (45)

  1. Nicki Pedersen
  2. Dennis Andersson
  3. Patryk Dudek
  4. Alexandr Loktaev Mikkel Bech
  5. Joonas Kylmäkorpi
  6. Michael Jepsen Jensen
  7. Robin Aspegren

Vargarna (42)

  1. Martin Vaculik
  2. Pontus Aspgren
  3. Peter Kildemand
  4. Jason Doyle
  5. Adrian Miedzinski
  6. Ricky Kling
  7. Billy Forsberg

Dackarna have not lived up to the expectations so far, partially because Michael Jepsen Jensen has dropped his average by about 72% (1.881 to 0.538)

which means that he now is down to reserve. Loktaev have not recovered from his shoulder injury and is replaced by Mikkel Bech which

is a big blow to Dackarna since Loktaev have been excellent in the meetings he have ridden. The rest of the riders have mostly lowered the

averages except Robin Aspegren which have slightly increased his average, Vargarna have been quite good at home but have not won any away

meeting after the win in round 1. I think that this will be a close meeting but that MJJ at reserve will make the difference,

It's currently raining downtown pretty much unfortunately.

Don't know what it looks at the track but I'll give you an update once I get to the track

which will be around 40 minutes from now.

Would all Argentinians and Swiss please return to the second half. :t:

For anyone who needs a stream and doesn't mind Polish. Sopcast- Channel-148887 is a splendid picture. " Go Smederna."

Heat 2 has to have put the smile back on Ghostwalker's face! Is "Mr 10%" watching his investment in the next heat ?

Yes I am and despite the last place, he showed enough promise to get on the scoreboard in his next ride.

Its bound to take him a bit of time to get used to the track, but he was on the pace. He'll be fine. Now if they sign my 10% man Kulakow, all will be fine in Eskilstuna. :t:

Your lot have no chance fellahs :)

If they end up within 6 they will have done well.

Greg is a major loss.

Przedpelski is a good rider and will score points tonight but he is not Laguta just yet.

Sam is doing well and his brain must have caught up with his mouth today.

He is cheating a bit by calling everybody by first names :)

Only 2003 spectators but i think the rain scared away maybe 1000 people.

Where are you? We keep getting some good crowd shots of the back straight. Hold up your I-Pad.

Super ride by Michelsen in heat 9. I don't think Emil was too pleased.
