macinter
In my opinion the GP field at the moment is one of the best line ups there has been since the series started. Apart from Emil there are very few riders who would make the current field any stronger.
The White Knight
Firstly, I don't always say anything, I have only posted a few times, I'm not particularly fond of his look, but, he is an individual and is entitled to do what he wants, You're right, I wouldn't be impressed if my children came home like that, but i'm assuming they will have job interviews and the like which Tai will never have to do  I was a young child attending one of my first meetings when a rider was killed on the track, it's never left my mind, and I admire them all     The toxic comment was referring to the board in general and other threads, not at anything you said, to be honest, i didn't bother reading the rest of your post Wise guy!!!

Guest
He seems to have developed a mindset that he believes pain is just an inconveniecnce, and won't stop him andthat he has no fear of receiving a serious injury in his quest for staying at the top. Is this a good place to be? Â Who is He?
longlivefrankie
Fantastic programme, one of the best I've seen on speedway. Tai came across very well, very humble & likeable. I for one hope he goes on to win it again this year.
PHILIPRISING
GREAT programme and Tai waved the speedway flag splendidly. Us old folk may cringe at just about every part of his body featuring a tattoo but the little girl at Great Ormond Street didn't seem bothered. Â The life of a speedway rider may not have come across as very glamorous (and it isn't) but it certainly reminded us of how tough it actually is.
Trevor
Good programme, it showed the ups and the downs of a top rider.
weatherwatcher
A well put together programme. It just showed what life is like for not just Tai but all the other top riders. There is no way that I would want to do what any of them do. You have no lifre other than going from track to track for most of the year. It must be a fealing of relife when the season comes to an end just to have a break from flying and driving from one place to another. It could have should more but what can you fit in on a one hour programme. He has got that get up and go attitude and I just hope that now he has come into form that he can go on and win the world championship again this year. Speedway rider have only got a short career, and not many make it to the top. He is one of the lucky ones and he knows that one bad crash could end his riding days before his time is over. He said that all riders have that fear of bad accidents with broken bones and maybe even getting killed. How anyone can push thierselves to a schedual like that I will never know. How many people out there have to suffer a 19 hour day grab a bit of sleep in the back of a car or on the plane and then be awake enough to ride another meeting. I have respect for all the top riders putting thier bodies through this, week in week out throughout the season. Yes they earn good money, but what for only to entertain us the sppedway sports fans. Because without us there would be no speedway.

Bostonian
What superb, well run programme that was. Anyone who seems to have an 'issue' with Woffy I highly recommend you watch that programme. Can't work out if some posts are tongue in check, or they're just plain idiotic. Refusing to watch a speedway programme about the youngest world champion ever, who is also a Brit, whether your a fan of his or not, is ridiculous in my eyes. Watching the programme has only made me see even more how much Woffy has been through and what a top guy he is. Really appreciate all he is doing media wise etc for British speedway. Think it's obvious that Woffy has learnt the errors he made as a young lad and that's only helped him more. Superb stuff from sky sports, really hope guys watching who aren't into speedway, has given them someone to 'follow' and maybe entise more fans to speedway. Well done Tai and all the sky sports producers.. 10/10!!

(que poole fans)!
Vince
He became champion of the world because his main rivals were badly injured and was out longer than he was,not sure he would of beat emil but I think his bravery was awesome.  Being world champion is not like it was several years ago as it's such a weaker line up,but he became WC and may end up runner up to ward this year.  Yes maybe your right with his image not being for old farts lol  He became World Champion by beating the best riders in the World over the course of a GP season. I doubt any rider ever became Champion without any of his rivals being injured and there were top riders not injured last year as well..  You are right it's not like it was years ago when good or bad luck with your gates in the final could decide who was Champion, or when a one track wonder could win a Championship. In the GP series you have to be the best throughout the course of a season on a variety of tracks.  Tai was World Champion, he worked hard for it, earned it and won it fair and square and nobody can ever take it away from him.  Is there anything you actually like about modern Speedway?

screm
Excellent viewing last, Tai came over very well, I would defy anyone who watches it not to shed a tear when they talked about his dad, especially when reading the letter Rob left for him. Never met Tai, and probably never will, but I hope he stays at the top of our sport for years yet.
