Rye House V Glasgow 21st June, The Longest Day At 7pm

Recommended Posts

It is now beyond funny though . And tonight's lamentable display should be the final straw . Harrison should be doing better too , but a number one should be leading from the front . We had three young Danish riders riding their hearts out tonight . And them and the travelling support have been let down by the three heat leaders .

Anybody who can score 6 would be an improvement

Those so called heat leaders need to have a word with themselves.

I'd be ashamed to stand on the pre-match parade tomorrow.

They'll get Ipswich to start their bikes up and push off before Derek gets to us

Its time. When you have to pull your No1 in their third ride having only scored a point the time has come. Looks like we could've at least got a point here. I'm holding back on criticising Rusty as he's been brilliant this season but FFS three zeros is appalling.

.

FWIW, Rusty, IMO at least, rode far better than for 0 points!

How can you have your two reserves score 23 points between them and not even get a point !!!!!!!!!!! Cheers Kevin

How can you have an Elite League second string as a guest reserve in the Premier League?

Who makes these rules up?

I agree it's bizarre , but this is the third time he's guested and the first he's scored any significant points . Seems to be yet another loophole to be exploited if you can

Same reason Newcastle have an EL heat leader as their No1. Rules are the same for everyone just some are smarter than others at manipulating them. It isn't right though!

I've no problem with Glasgow or any other team using the rules to their favour. It's the rules that need looking at.

Made for a close, entertaining meeting

Daren't go on the Glasgow FB ... I'd probably blow a fuse with all the "they're our boys" "give them a break" "they're trying their best" crap.

Yes all the " get behind the team " nonsense . Glad i'm no longer on Faceache . Plus the Smugs will be on gloating too . I can see a meltdown coming again

Not a good night for Germans, Ghana just got a 2-2 draw.

Any Costa Rican speedway riders out there fancy being a Tiger?

Germans are still in the competition, so it ain't too bad

Can't stand all that crap. I say it how it is. If a riders crap I say so. They put their necks on the line every time they go out. Thanks, but it won't stop me having my say.

And that's the way it should be

Think you are being unfair on Rusty Paul. For me he has exceeded my expectations for this season. I can forgive the odd off day of a rider who IMO is clearly trying and doing better overall than expected
