Hodgy
Are just pick Lambert ...with a bit of luck he wiil in the gb teams for many years to come so might as well start now rather than carry on with riders going nowhere like Bridger and Baker and Cook . I'd go for Butcher and the Candlestick Maker 😄
broadsider 55
I'd go for Butcher and the Candlestick Maker does it matter who rosco picks chances are we could even get beaten by the yanks,
Woz01
If Russia get through and pick a strong side then we will have no choice but to pick our best 4, imagine this thread if we didnt make the race off!

Rusky's looking like a reserve team of Kov's. Emil and Laguta Bro's won't ride as they don't pay enough, allegedly.

Yeah just seen the side they have named, a shame to be honest.

Grigorij Laguta is injured but neither he or his brother would have been approved for a UK visa anyway for KL semi.final. OveFundinFan
 Grigorij Laguta is injured but neither he or his brother would have been approved for a UK visa anyway for KL semi.final.   Why is that?
Ghostwalker
Â Â Why is that? Â as I have said before Grogorij and Artem have not been approved before butI don't know why they are not approved, See these posts/articles: http://www.speedway-forum.co.uk/forums/index.php?showtopic=64549 http://speedwaygp.com/news/article/459/czechmate-for-russians
OveFundinFan
Thank you for the links Ghostwalker, in some ways it makes it clearer, but it all seems so confusing. Politics eh!
THE DEAN MACHINE
Dissapointed Jason Garrity hasnt been picked .he is very raw but he is not afraid to mix it
Ned Kelly 41
Dissapointed Jason Garrity hasnt been picked .he is very raw but he is not afraid to mix it Which is presumably why he wasn't picked. His "mixing it" at Edinburgh will surely have got him a ban?
waiheke1
In a ten man squad surely they could make room for the likes of r lambert and garrity. No disrespect, but why put a thirty something second string like stead in?
NeilWatson
Tai Woffinden (Wolverhampton) Chris Harris (Coventry) Danny King (Birmingham/Newcastle) Craig Cook (Belle Vue/Edinburgh) Simon Stead (Leicester/Sheffield) Richie Worrall (Belle Vue/Ipswich) Richard Lawson (Lakeside/Redcar) Ben Barker (Birmingham/Plymouth) Lewis Bridger (Lakeside) Lewis Kerr (King’s Lynn/Newcastle)

No disrespect, but why put a thirty something second string like stead in? Â Â agree! Its not the bridger inclusion as he's one of the only ones in there with experince on the continent and regular racing in poland! Â Leave Steady at home and take Lambert or garrity!
foamfence
Same old.. .. Tai + Those who continually fail will be the four (why bother having the list anyway).
waiheke1
Tbh I would probably have left out lawson too and had both. Realistically the four is going to be tai harris and they two from barker Bridger king and cook, unless we went with lambert at kl. So why not fill the remaining spots with the riders who are the future?
foamfence
If they use form as a guide, I would have picked Steve Worrall over his brother.
speedy17
I'd go with Tai, Bomber, Cook and Kerr at Lynn. Bridger for Kerr in Bydgoscz, and depending on how Cook rides at Lynn potentially take him out for King.
Bagpuss
I hope Lambert has been omitted due to issues with his German licence rather than being overlooked. Also think Lewis Blackbird can count himself unlucky to not be included.
