dantodan
Somerset's visits to Tyneside are always entertaining affairs the new look Diamonds are trying to make up for a disappointing start to the 2014 season. Newcastle have good riders and apart from suffering injuries to our lower order we are still doing ok. Lewi Kerr a max last week is promising so much and Robbo and the King of Diamonds are always in the points. Ludvig is struggling, but I think it's temporary. He cannot gate at the moment and his confidence is low. I am sure Ludde will bounce back, maybe he needs to change his bikes if he has enough cash in his piggy bank! I am looking forward now that he is back to watching Lewis Rose. He is talented and when he gates he does well. 2014 may turn out to be a disappointing year trophy-wise but the upside is we may get closer home matches and last heat deciders. Dodgy weather over May and so far in June, lets hope Sundays match will be dry
DIAMONDS
Just a quick question, How much longer is it until Danny King's average becomes a proper PL average?
Pirate Nick
Just a quick question, How much longer is it until Danny King's average becomes a proper PL average? If it's 4 home 4 away, I make it scunny away on June 27th Edited June 11, 2014 by Pirate Nick
erniew
After the Berwick meeting, Robbo and Ludvig swapped bikes and had a blast, L.L. flew out of the gate and Robbo. couldn't catch him. Looks like it's a setup problem and hopefully It's now been sorted and he can start turning in some high scoring meetings.
KeithA
By my reckoning Danny King does not get his fourth away match in until 17 July against Sheffield. His revised average would then apply from 7 days after that.

screm
I think it's Lindgren's mechanic How so, surely like any other team the rider and mechanic will talk through any changes that`s about to be made to the bikes, not unless your suggesting Lindgren`s mechanic is making changes to Ludvig`s bikes without his knowledge.
HadrianDog
Edinburgh's Aaron Fox will guest for Newcastle this Sunday. Sounds pretty good- was disappointed when he missed the Monarchs visit. Hopefully worth a few points come Sunday. Can history experts out there tell me when we last had a Yank riding in our colours?

HadrianDog
Eddie Ingels in 1984 for Diamonds, then on to BV Thanks for the info. Had an idea it was going back a bit, but did not reckon on that far. A relation to Kenny Ingels by any chance? Can history experts out there tell me when we last had a Yank riding in our colours? He was disappointed aswell, he wants track time at as many new tracks as possible. Reckon he may like Brough, but we will see!
StevePark
Just a quick question, How much longer is it until Danny King's average becomes a proper PL average? If it's 4 home 4 away, I make it scunny away on June 27th Scunthorpe away will only be Danny's 3rd away match. His 4th away match will be at Sheffield on the 17th July (providing Scunthorpe goes ahead, of course). bringbackHalifax
Would be good if we could quickly re arrange two away matches and then we could have the benefit of the spare points to strengthen.

Perhaps Lindgren doesn't know a lot about the mechanical side of things.
HadrianDog
Would be good if we could quickly re arrange two away matches and then we could have the benefit of the spare points to strengthen. Other than the fact that we are weakened until Schrammo returns and the less meetings we ride the better. Bit of a double-edged sword really.
