Tom Bacon was a faller whilst placed third, and although he got up and cleared the track to allow the race to continue, he then took an ambulance ride back to the pits with a twisted knee.Sam Darroch replaced Bacon in heat 3, whilst Shuttleworth took Holt's ride and followed home Neale for a 5-1 win in the fastest time of the night.Heat 4 provided the race of the night. Whilst Shuttleworth took a comfortable win, Mellish and Wilson passed and re-passed each other on every bend until the Sheffield rider made the final pass off the last bend to take a hard earned 2 points.Michael Neale was a faller whilst leading heat 5, but team mate Mellish went on to win the race again being pushed all the way by Wilson. The Colts finished with a 5-1 in heat 6, with Bacon thankfully able to take his place and score a point after receiving treatment to his knee.
