DSC67
Who cares if the seats are comfy or the toilets are plush , that's not going to attract more people to the sport is it ? What we need is better racing on a decent surface like the one in last nights GP , improve the on track product first then worry about the stadiums
Guest
Oops!!! Think you have read that wrong. It was a sarcastic reply to another trawling post from someone who has probably just sat out another long ban Sure Stock Car world finals are held in state of the art stadia I think you mean me! No ban at all for me - check with the Mods. I just wanted to entice you back with another attack on me! I seem to have succeeded! I'm waiting for "the other fella" to emerge now! Are stock car world finals held in state of the are stadia? That is news. Where are they? And if you are want to see a good venue - this is a USA venue for a big midget car meeting that runs over a couple of days. Is it up to the standard of venues where Speedway GPs take place? http://www.chilibowl.com/ And I personally have no criticism of the racing as seen on Ch38TV. It was excellent, entertaining stuff! Fromafar
Antics, it was Zagar who decided to go over and argue with Pedersen, what do you expect him to do.Not laugh in his face, after a crash that he caused.
SteveLyric2
I expected Zagar to put him on the floor Its a shame he didn't!!! Both riders fined apparently - not sure how much??!

Not to worry if you have to "paddle around in pee" or get a "saw rrrss" is there? And mainly with no overhead cover. Just like a USA stadium where they stage a big indoor car event (see my previous Post) which is known as the Cilli Bowl. THE DEAN MACHINE
The dive bomb is an acceptable line to take, but just like any other line you are not allowed to ride into another rider, that is unfair riding. watch it back in slow motion when pedersen dives under zagar he dosent hit him and they travel about 8ft together untill pedersen is slightly infront and it looks like there is a sight contact which was more than likely a foot rest catching the chain and sending zagars bike forward ,the impact of zagar,s bike makes the crash look worse than it is .if they had a front view i think people would see this. . It wasnt a dangerous move just a hard one but they all do it
pandorum
Zagar v Pedersen. That so easily could have resulted in an injury for Zagar, as for NP , to kick out esp wearing a steel shoe, i don't blame Zagar for going to him in the pits. Even worse to see NP standing there laughing. (What would he have been like if Zagar had done it to him...... Disgraceful... NP will not be getting many xmas cards this year... Bit rich fining Zagar but the thing NP lost the most was not 600e but this hard man reputation he thought he had. He kicked out like a little girl and ran for the pits. Big man there telling Matty to f-off and laughing but he was by that time surrounded by his crew and officials so knew he was safe. But out there on the track the big hard man Nicki turned into a quivering jelly and ran away when confronted by a real tough guy like ex soldier Matty. Anyone watching that now knows Nicki is all talk and next time he does that I hope someone decks him on the track as he is a big girls blouse. If he had done that to someone like Jack Millen he would have been wearing his bike as a hat. I love watching Nicki as he is a great rider but his antics are annoying and now we know he is not the hard man he likes to be known for but a bully and a coward. He should stick to riding as he is good at that and cut out the hard man routine as he is nothing but a big blowhard. Great GP nonetheless and Tai may well show what a great rider he is by retaining his title. Good luck to the kid. THE DEAN MACHINE
Just reading that again you said pedersen didn't hit him until he hit him, is that right? he didnt hit him when he dived in but after they had traveled about 8ft there was a slight contact. .thats what i trying to say, the impact of zagar's bike into the fence makes the crash look worse than it is. Have you seen the "punches" zagar threw at him in the pits afterwards ?! Ha! Makes audley harrison look hard! LMAO True though. Most dead people could have made a better fist of a decent punch Still Matty is an ex soldier so perhaps that shows we should not worry about the Slovenian army too much. Still does not detract from the fact Nicki ran away and got himself somewhere where there were people to protect him. Still shows the real NP is a coward Edited June 15, 2014 by pandorum

fullbore
Matej Zagar has been fined 600euro`s for his actions last night, Nicki Pedersen has no fine. "Triple world champion Nicki Pedersen and Slovenia’s Matej Zagar both appeared before the FIM Jury charged with ungentlemanly conduct following their on and off track altercations in semi-final two. Both riders were fined €600. Pedersen and Zagar have the option to appeal the punishment." Niamh

speedwaysliders
Who did? Niamh Neither rider was giving an inch,it could have gone either way.Zagar thought it was one of Nikkis dangerous moves he pulls, but it wasnt and once Zagar watches the video he will realize his actions were way over the top. Unlike Nicki's kicking Matty like a girl then running away to hide in the pits to laugh and swear at Zagar knowing officials and pit crew were there to protect him. I love watching NP but thought he was a tough character instead he proved he was a blowhard coward whose bark was way worse than any bite he has. Zagar at least had the guts to confront Nicki without hiding behind his pit crew. He needs to work on his punching though.
mothorsen
Great meeting. Hope we get more like this. Started of fine with NZ (which have been boring earlier on) over to Bydgoszcz, and then a drop in Finland and Prague, but now in Målilla it's back on track with good racing and entertainment. The NP and Zagar incident is blown way out of porportions. What's all this talk of banning? First on Smolinski with yellow cards and whatnot, and now just for an over heated argument. Zagar hit first, Nicki kicked, they had a scruff in the pits, got fined, and now it's time to move on. It's not time to let the sport get whimpy like footbal. The Nichols/Sayfudtinof fight was more hands-on. Did they get a ban? Vaculik gave Lindren or the Officials the finger in last years ESC, and had this been footbal, he'd probably get a ridicolus fine or a ban.
